umm then that be a while of a wait they did this just to end this gen's system and arkham 3 and the possible sequel to origins will be in the ps4. But this will be a while when we see this on the ps4. So don't expect them to say that any time soon, it'll most likely come but I don't think their in a hurry to port it there.
 
Eh, I fully expect the majority of this gens (end) games to be ported over... This, GTAV, Splinter Cell..Etc. It's why I won't be buying a single one of them. I'm officially done with purchasing anything for this generation now.

All the info and whatnot is cool on the game..I'm looking forward to it, but I'm not about to pay 60 bucks for a game that comes out in October when Next Gen will hit the following month. Ports don't take much time..Unless they really put a lot into it. At this point, I don't even care if it's graphically better..I just want to play it on the PS4.

Yeah they'll be ported. if they sell really well they all come faster if GOTY's happen.

Depends on how fast they want to make more money I guess. Like I said, I fully expect most of the finale stretch of games coming out before next gen..To eventually land on next gen consoles. I don't see them announcing it yet because they don't want to hurt current sales/preorders...But..I wouldn't be shocked if we get an announcement after Christmas or something.

I've honestly felt this way for a while, I don't even remember what the last game I bought was, lol. I've put pretty much everything back for next gen launch titles since I paid my PS4 off.
 
Maybe it took a while with lord of shadows. but it'll happen. Depends on sales and how much time they want set apart between now and when next gen happens.

I can see the same thing happening to GTA V. I just wonder how long those who are waiting will be waiting...

Me too, well I haven't paid it off as I pre-ordered it on Amazon but I'm saving everything and spending nothing lol.

Interesting. I'm curious how that works with the timeline, and how Grayson and Nightwing come into play.

I wouldn't be so sure, its entirely possible, but the chances are more on the negative side than they are positive. The install base for the new systems are going to be much smaller through launch than the previous generation and it prob wont grow as fast as last gen(according to some analysts). Its really not financially feasible to port a game over to a small install base unless those ports were part of your original budget(i.e: ACIV, Watchdogs, BF4 etc). Theres a reason those games all have confirmed next gen and current gen releases and why these other games(GTA V, SC, Batman) don't. Why would Ubisoft announce ACIV for the next gen system and then hold back SC? I wouldnt hold your breath on a SC port(altho geez id love one)

It's always a possibility these games end up on the new systems, but you really are waiting in the dark for that to happen.

lol then even Holmes is confused isn't he? after all as I said there was what was said in Nathan's link and he put the quote up from that link where they said Holmes told them it was Tim. i anyway most of us thought it was Tim cause of that. so I don't know what to do with that, sorry man.


As for what compi was asking the Mp has nothing do with the story for now. maybe in the sequel they deal with that.

Yea its confusing because in the MP beta they have a few Tim Drake alts. It makes sense that this would be Grayson considering its early in the timeline, but then again, this is the Arkham-verse and their timeline is their own.
 
I'd say for now assume it's Dick, until something said in-game contradicts it, purely using Occam's Razor: The game is set early in the timeline, so Dick would make sense, Tim hasn't aged between Origins and City, so again Dick would make sense, and Holmes most recent words are Dick is Robin, his costume just looks like Tim's (like Batman Forever and B:TAS). Alternate skins are just alternate skins, I mean, Batman has Azrael, it doesn't mean you're playing as Jean Paul-Valley.

Unless they're working on the ports concurrently with the current gen versions, I doubt those titles will be available for next gen til next holiday season.

he's not. Don't expect that til the sequel. and it'll mostlike be dick with move set to seperate him from tim by then. who knows? I'm gonna hold off on the Tim thing too now, since Holmes can't make up his mind on that . Just wait for them to settle that in game them selves
 
I'm pretty sure all of the alts are of Tim, so it's safe to assume it IS Tim in the game.
