It just looks like it'd take up too much space and the LED effect seems kinda cheesy. I do really want that first appearance skin though.

They're two very different mediums, you can't compare. That's just silly but I do agree TDK ultimate edition is underwhelming. The North America edition is mostly way better than the UK except man that statue

That DK set is a bummer. All they had to do was throw some commentaries on there and they would have gotten a double dip out of me. Even if Nolan didn't want to do it, I'd listen to Goyer, Jonah Nolan, even Chuck Roven. Instead the only new features are a doc and a "conversation" between Nolan and Dick Donner, both of which will be on youtube the day after the set is released.

It could be that he's just the most marketable villain and that's why they're doing him.

The way I see it man it can work the same as when they did the red hood on movie video and every talks about him now. if you push a certain character a certain way new or old and it's done well, they will still pick up lots of sales in their marketing. it's just not alot of people pick up on this fact and some let fly over their heads.

It can be done for any character it's about certain people at top wanting to do so . for now it seems it's still Joker. If they had left him out completely and just put more effort into any one they just chose for now to be the main villain it would work too if they make them more exciting. Apparently not every one has learned from what Bendis has done. Again he's not really the best writer in the world, when you really look at what he writes, but he does what others don't and that's about making other characters cool by using them not just the one that usually promoted by marketing or cause every is using that same character and trying his best to have them do cool stuff til their noticed and he becomes known as some "super scrib" for it.

To alot of people that know better it's laughable when this happens, but it's cause of that . it's about want in the end. Joker is the most marketable but that's cause certain people that made it so, and market it that as well. It can be done for other characters as well. Just saying.

I think the US Statue looks nice, but damn, that UK Statue looked incredible!

As a huge fan, I'm totally gonna buy it. I'm crossing my fingers that maybe they will sell the UK Statue separately because it looks fantastic.

The US Statue is actually kinda growing on me now. I think it's really neat and I can't wait to get it. But again, I hope I can somehow get my hands on the UK Statue one day.
