I'm trying to figure out if this is Grayson or Drake. If it's Grayson, the costume & equipment don't make sense but if it's Drake, the timeline seems off. They say this is his second year in the Arkham-verse. So Grayson was Robin for a year and then Drake took over?
If I try to put Todd in there it's even more muddled.
Looks really cool though.

I am pretty sure it is Grayson, but since they are reusing a lot of the animations from Arkham City they just gave him the same gear. The costume though is probably a result of them not wanting to give him anything too classic, but it does look a lot like Drake to me.

Makes sense. That New52 Grayson design would've been perfect. No complaints though.

So you have a standard 3 vs 3 which is basically a team death match? Then you have a vs 2 as Batman/Robin trying to take them all out with stealth? Does that sound awesome to anyone else?

I can however see it becoming repetitive.

Online Multiplayer meh, I rather co-op. I'm guess that Robin is Dick Grayson. I also think Robin will get a challenge map again

It's quite a bold move & I'll be interested to see how it turns out. I'd be fine if it replaced the challenge mode. I only want non campaign elements added though if they are as good as the campaign themselves. For eg Mass Effect 3's multiplayer was a worthy addition to a traditionally single player experience.

Just hope there aren't multiplayer achivements, but I'm sure there will be, oh well, guess this series will go the way of Dead Rising, Bioshock and Assassin's Creed for me. A couple completed games, then at least one uncompleted. Multiplayer is so unneeded in this series and this strikes me like Assassin's Creed multiplayer where if you're not in it day one learned you'll just continually get destroyed later.

hmm the way they did this multiplayer seems like precursor to co-op. not too surprised they had this after all Rocksteady said they were looking into how to implement this before hand. but it just a surprise they just threw it out like this now, after being well hesitant from the last time this was talked about by them. But they need to have Experience in it as well, even if they have another studio helping them out. .

yeah as I said the the way they have set up with Batman and Robin it seems they were thinking about it. At least with those two. We'll see what happens from here.

I highly doubt the MP will have much staying power any way.

yeah it need to do well so we'll have better version with the sequel to Arkham city ETC. they were bit lazy with how they did Dick grayson as Robin for this mode. but I hope better versions come out of this if only it to be co-op in the sequel to Arkham city and what ever else they have planned.

I honestly have no issue with Grayson playing like Drake. It's no different from the TV incarnations in Teen Titans and Young Justice, where they basically mixed all the Robins into one. It was always Grayson, but with characteristics from other Robins.

If it does well, hopefully they'll add a Tim Drake skin for Robin, and add a separate Nightwing character. Then throw in Batgirl and Jason Todd as Red Hood as well. For gangs and crew, I hope we'll get Two-Face, Penguin, Black Mask seems to be a given. I guess Anarky could be added as well. Who else could be put into the MP?

I wouldnt doubt things like that regardless, but I dont see many people sticking around to play this long after release. Unless of course it ends up being really good, which is a complete possibility.
