That's what I do with Uncharted games or any other ones, I just don't enter the MP side of it. That's what I will do with this one.

What defines a game needing or not needing multiplayer exactly? I get that if it's forced by the publisher it can detract manpower from working on the single player experience but if the end product is good and feels complete what's the problem? It's not like you could compare the version of the game including multiplayer to the one without it to see what was lost.

Does anyone think Lady Shiva or possibly David Cain (or both) be assassins featured in the game? I think it'd be awesome to see them in the Arkham-verse, and either one would offer up a cool hand-to-hand boss battle.

I think it'll be the best. Bigger world. Promising looking story, hopefully the same perfect combat, new gadgets, awesome new foes, from the looks of it An awewomer Batman

I think it will be a wonderful game, but one has to remember this game would never have been made without Rocksteady's installments.

But still... I can't believe how amazing it looks like.

Sadly yes. I, for one, i'm glad about this MP. It looks awesome, and I'm sure it will be a lot of fun. Not to mention it will allow themp to try some kind of coop for the next game.

My only gripe comes whenever they have a bunch of multiplayer achievements that would require a real commitment. If I have to pour hours and hours of time to get those MP achievements, then they can go to hell.

Sure, but as long as it doesn't force me to have to play the multiplayer for tons of hours...then it'd be okay.

Uncharted 2 and 3, for example, is the way MP trophies/achievements ought to be done.

I agree, plus their inclusion would set up a lot of possibilities for the game universe, like Cassandra Cain and the possible No Man's Land-esque scenario for the Rocksteady sequel hinted at in Arkham City.

Best as in frustrating? lol, some of those were crazy difficult. Especially if you try to get them now, I was surprised I got them all. The one I had the most fun was the Vidmaster to beat the last level on Legendary in 4-player co-op.

The thing I hate about online achievements is if you get into a game a long time after it came out, you probably won't be able to get them because by then hardly anyone will be playing online.

Or everyone's way too good and the multiplayer is more frustrating than fun. Tried to work on the multiplayer achievements in Assassin's Creed Revelations and I couldn't even get one kill, people just knew way too much about the game/maps. It's not even fun at that point and I'm not spending 10-15 hours just to get halfway decent.
