It would be cool if the change the suit up for Arkham 3.

Neither of the default batsuits in the Arkham games are my favorite. I'm generally not a fan the whole grey bodysuit and black pieces motif.

But I also don't the like tacticool batsuit in Origins. But I think I prefer it over the last two default suits. It has a lot going on within it.

Yea it deff increases the replayability for me any way. Love seeing the various skins in game. That was a big reason as to why I replayed Arkham city so many times. Loved going through the game with the standard, then the earth one then the batman inc etc. ill do the same here. I mean ya wear an alt for the same reason u wear an alt in injustice. For a change of pace.

Each to his own I guess, I actually like the default costume in Origins, it's very Nolan-esque in its aesthetic. I don't know if the redeem codes I've got will work outside of Australia but if anyone wants a free Batman Legends or Knightfall pack let me know.

Do people really care about the skins? It makes sense for a game like Injustice to have multiple costumes but to me it seems pointless for a game like this to have multiple Batman costumes. I got free Knightfall and Batman Legends packs with the game and have no interest in using them.

I've been playing this game all weekend. My thoughts...

Was there a point to having Bane [BLACKOUT]learn Batman's real identity other than so he could **** up Alfred in the Batcave?[/BLACKOUT] I mean, that was a well done moment but then they undid it all by turning Bane [BLACKOUT]into the Titan monstrosity he was in the previous Arkham games and having him forget who Batman was[/BLACKOUT]. I was kind of disappointed by that, because I loved how well Bane was done up until then.

I love fighting the martial artist enemies.

I love the Remote Claw. The best gadget in the game, imo.

I'm kind of iffy on the shock gloves. It seems a little unlike Batman, beating up ordinary thugs with electric gloves.

I am kind of disappointed that after all the hype of the 8 Assassins plot, you counter only a few of them in the main story and the rest are side missions.

I'm disappointed by all the glitches and tech issues. I haven't encountered any game bugs that froze my console or anything really bad, but I encountered a few annoying bugs and the previous Arkham games seemed way more polished than this game seems to be. Hope a patch fixes this.

And Troy Baker was an awesome Joker. His story was very well done in this game ([BLACKOUT]including that origin story he tells Dr. Harlene Quinzell[/BLACKOUT]) and almost on par with The Dark Knight when it comes to telling the story of Joker's rise to power in Gotham and the beginning of his relationship with Batman.

Lol you really replayed those games just because you had a different outfit on?

I think the alternate outfits are cool but only to have a bit of variety/fun with NG+. As much as I love these games I don't think I could replay them over and over just because Batman's tights are different.

Oh I LOOOOOVE the default Arkham Origins suit, don't get me wrong. It's prob been one of my fav suits Batman has worn. Any suit that removes the underroos on the outside look I'm cool with. That was my biggest gripe with the orig Asylum/City suit. But yea I love love the Origins suit. Love the shape of the cowl.

Haha no, but it increased my enjoyment. I replayed Asylum prob 8 times, I replayed city prob close to 15 and the alt suits were a big factor in that.

Finished it, my earlier feelings hold pretty true so 7.5 due to technical issues or an 8 on its own.

I would actually like them do a Year Three with Two-Face.

Well I've got all the in game challenges done. The Cyrus Pinkey one was interesting. The intel Anarky stories are great reads. I really enjoyed the side missions in this one.

Now I'm going around the city looking like Adam West's Batman t:

I'd say I've done it at least double that amount. It's a ridiculously good game.

I was wondering, do your challenge ranks stay the same in NG+? Because apparently you can only do these challenges in story mode.

So if I'm at say...rank 5 in Worst Nightmare on my first playthrough, and then go to NG+, will I revert back to rank 1?

I played through City like 3 times but the combat challenges regularly played them for 2 years. I'd love a sequel to this game as long as it has the same writer, love this Batman more than the other 2 games characterization of him. Much more. Long Halloween esque game is a great idea

While I'd love a game stylized over my favorite story arc, my only issue is they'll need to tweak the story otherwise we'll all know who the killer from the start. Thus making the detective work just a process to us. On the other hand to anyone who hasn't read it they are in for a whole lot of fun and twists.

I think this was a one-off (prequel to AA and AC), but obviously not the last Arkham game we'll see. They need to explore what happens in Gotham once Strange's Arkham City is shut down.

And I totally agree on the Batman/Joker stuff. So well done.

I don't mean do a direct adaption of Long Halloween. Just use it as an influence, much like they used the Legends of the Dark Knight series and Year One and stuff like that for Origins.

The new crime scene stuff is amazing and I'll be severely disappointed if it isn't built upon from here. It really is a great Sherlock-esque way of giving story details. I've only done two of them so far though (the first GCR/key code one and the hotel crime scene) are there many throughout?

Just finished the main story and absolutely loved it. On pad with Asylum and city, it really goes past them though in terms of story telling and the characters. So well done. Now time to tackle the side missions and hunt down some Easter eggst:
