Samesies. We all thought Nolan wouldn't be attached to JLA in any form, now he's executive producing a movie with another version of Batman. That involvement of Goyer/Nolan plus Amy Adams may get Bale back in the game. Maybe he saw MOS and was interested, who knows. But 50 million can change his mind.I wouldn't be surprised if Bale changed his mind and or liked 50 million dollars.
It's possible that Bale would play a different Batman and then it can eventually be passed off to another actor, Bond style once the solo films come into play. Maybe WB are having trouble thinking of ways to do solo movies and for now want to keep batman exclusive to crossovers, in that case Bale would work. They can act like he's a few years younger than Rises-Bats. Getting away with not referencing the trilogy.Bale's return would be great, but it raises a lot of questions. Would this be the same Batman? If not, how would it be distinguished? If so, when will this movie occur, in the trilogy's chronology? TDKR might have to be given a full George Lucas overhaul.
OR if it's connected. It's definitely taking place after TDKRises. He wouldn't have to return to Gotham per say, well maybe briefly, and focus his efforts on Metropolis and other countries (JLA).
