You would think that the tendency would be to drop a little bit more because of the new releases that hit the theaters, but I could also see that this may already be factored in due to the fact that we're seeing drops due to "last week's" new releases. Those were pretty weak though. While this weekend's releases aren't any great shakes, I think there's more competition this weekend than last.

Anyway, it doesn't seem to matter what the film does anymore so I'm just going to assume the drops are going to get worse and the film will end up within $800-850 M total.

Projection for after Friday night was 525 yuan which is about $92 million US. Mojo is off.

Probably not much longer for China. It got a boost (3.2mil) for Monday as that was a holiday, but the theatre counts for BVS there are dropping fast. I'd guess it will break $100mil there, but not by much and nothing like what WB would have hoped for.
