Just off of first glance it's like he isn't even the same character as the on e in BvS. That performance was boring and not all that impressive. Maybe he had to give that one to get to where he is now. This one is full of life and looks to be like the Bruce Wayne I am looking for. The one in BvS would've ran into the fishing hut kicking punching and killing and asking questions later. I wonder if they will just skip all his wrongs in BvS. Very good performance in this teaser.

Yeah. I was really underwhelmed by him in BvS. I found him very flat and average at best. But I'm liking what I'm seeing here. I just wish they'd ditch the voice modulator thing. It's unnecessary. His voice when he's talking to Barry sounds like a perfect Batman voice (even though he's not in costume).

As good as the wigs and beards have been in these films, though, it wouldn't surprise me if it was fake.

Unlike in BVS, we are seeing the Bruce Wayne businessman. He's got to convince these people to join all on their own. So he's gotta crack the smiles. I love this because Batman in film has always been top dog and never really needed to be business like.

There is more life to him now of course. He's not fighting to die.

But yeah I like them injecting more of that Affleck charm.

There is no such a thing as a character development, there's only a sudden shift to appeal to masses. What is this character development you're talking about? Don't invent words man.

It's obvious they're simply trying to figure out what works. They tried with dark, brooding Batman and when that wasn't received well, now they're giving us a hopeful, happy Batman. I mean it's not like there was some reason for him to change his attitude from BvS. Oh, wait...

No you are not wrong, and I think you will be more correct than ever now in JL if the teaser showed us something, which is a much more heroic Batman, still serious overall but with a dry wit, really loving it.
