Ben Affleck IS Bruce Wayne/Batman

Been saying that for a while now yet Snyder can't answer that question.

If it was before BvS it would have been before he was so relaxed in his dealings with criminals, if it is after then obviously they wouldn't be killed, also you are acting as if Bats went out with the intent to kill every criminal he encountered like the punisher does, when the reality was he simply had relaxed to the point where he didn't care if they died and if they got in his way to much then he might kill them (this primarily applies in his vehicle-to-vehicle combat) while he really doesn't kill many people in actual h2h combat (dream sequence doesn't count as it was just a vision of a possible apocalyptic future) the only one I can think of is the guy he smacked in the head with a crate.

I feel like a lot of people perceive Batman killing in the same style that The Punisher does, but really its just people directly in his way. Good example is the warehouse scene, he doesn't go killing everyone, he just doesn't go out of his way to make sure they don't die.

I actually had a much more in depth post written up but then I accidentally deleted it :(. So I will just say this: Batfleck was responsible for way less deaths than Keaton and about the same amount or less as Bale (if you count the League temple blowing up in Begins). That's why I find it very odd that this Batman is too violent or "Punisher like" for some people when he is actually quite tame by comparison to his other film counterparts.

Holy !@#$@$ HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO POST THE INTERVIEW WITH ZACK SNYDER…. He has clearly stated Batman never kills anyone, he doesn't save anyone if they die because of their own causes.
It's like how Spiderman "killed" Green Goblin in the original.
Also the scene were his bat mobile jumps to the truck, those people still were there and did not even die..

It is unrealistic how all those people did not die, but superheroes are unrealistic. PLUS THE DIRECTOR said so too.. He is just brutal like Dark Knight Returns.

And it's even part of his arc, ffs. But no, Batman killing people in his prime while reminding us that he has a no-kill code is way better.

I love the Dark Knight films (especially Batman Begins) but his whole "I won't kill you... unless I feel like it" attitude was so unintentionally funny.

I chalk it up to hypocrisy, which is almost second nature to Batman, as he's sometimes depicted across print and audio/visual mediums. While this used to irk me a bit when I was younger, I've grown to appreciate it for what it is: a character flaw, and an amusing one at that. :yay:

Amazing Shot, was it in the film?
I think it may be. The TC chopped the batsignal lighting scene up quite a bit. The Ultimate Cut has the whole sequence included, starting with Batman taking off the cover and then lighting it up. With a more pure version of the Junkie XL theme playing.

Andrea Beaumont, one of Paul Dini's finest not 100% original creations. :)

God, I am loving his JL look.
