They sure ignored a lot in DOFP to be fair and people have accepted it

Ignore/digitally remove the timestamps in The Last Stand and everything is 100% fine.

The Jean flashback is set in 1980.
The Angel flashback is set in 1977.
Angel is 40 in The Last Stand.
Cinematic mutants show 10 years less than their real biological age.

Not quite.
Time ripple effect. If time was water, yes the current won't change, but ripples can go against the current as well, shifting the water ever so slightly where it came from.
