I'm talking about the general people, and collecters alike. If it came out a year ago, hell yes. People would go nuts for them. But now, they are as exciting as getting Dragonball: Evolution action figures. No one cares. I mean, it makes no sense to keep holding back. Mattel is just plain stupid.

indeed,you're right..."striking while the iron is hot" ,as the saying goes...and in summer and fall 2008 TDK was f'n HOT!

by not having stuff out in a timely fashion,they definitely screwed the pooch...at the very least,new stuff out for the DVD release,but all we got was the Bat-pod...the general populace has indeed moved onto other things,and these will now only sell to 2 customer bases :

1) the hoarders/scalpers
2) the true TDK fans like us who want to complete the collection...

Just an observation from the back of the package, but it looks like Harvey Dent will come with his double-headed coin, while Two-Face will come with the burned & damaged version.

Glad you guys are enjoying the review, well for the most part. BLU8 i saw that on the back with the two different coins. Pretty cool. I cant wait for these to be released. I agree with Spidey on that their to expensive but hey i dont have to pay for gas driving all over town looking for them. And i dont have to deal with the terrible customer service from target,walmart,toys r us etc... I just go online and click and purchase. Its great! So you know what, I'll pay a little extra to complete my set of Dark Knight Movie Masters if i dont have to deal with all of that crap. Its worth it to me.

I'm looking forward to these too. However MattyCollector doesn't seem to be keeping up to date - much to my displeasure - and I'm a little confused as to when they are to be released. Have the dates been pushed back? If so to when? How much are they going to cost with international postage? Any feedback or information you guys have on this would be grand.

Thanks Sabetoonth. And yes they are expensive but they are only expensive now because we were used to paying $12 bucks for them when they came out at the ****** retailers. The same ****** retailers that took almost a year to start actually putting Movie masters out on their pegs. Unless you were one of the lucky ones like me to get them on May 1st 2008! So finally the retailers realize that this line is making money and then they ordered a huge amount and Mattel overproduces the figures because for the most part all of the collectors have been satisfied. It really sucks but this is why these figures are now online exclusives. So the same stores stores that ordered these late are now the exact reason why they are Matty exclusives. So we can thank Walmart, target, and toys r us for the price hike.

But like i said before, i start to think about all of the trouble i went through to find the demon batman variant and i thank god that these are online exclusives now. Just so much easier.

@ Daxceon. Bank Robber Joker was pushed to an October 15th Release date because Mattel couldnt get there crap together. As far as international postage im not sure on that. Hope this helps.

Jail Joker head with the normal coat verison looks way better imo.

Great detail too. The shirt and vest and tie look great. Can't wait. Makeup looks way better too.

a little moddig and you might have a better joker, original arms, coat, put a cut bicep in the arms, and we got a damn good joker

Holy ****...$20 PLUS SHIPPING for a Movie Masters? I knew it was almost a given, but a little piece of me was hoping it would be cheaper.
