He was forced, tacked on. Loses it completely/becomes a homicidal maniac because he loses his girlfriend and is disfigured.
I could have lived with that but I hated his coin flipping, it was a plot device rather than a MO (modus operandi). He is in the car and flips the coin to see whether Morone(sp) lives or dies, The coin says he lives so he flips the coin to see if the driver lives or dies. If the coin had said the driver lives would he have continued to flip the coin until he received the answer he was looking for?
Each to their own but Two-Face being cut from TDK would have made the movie tighter with less flaws.
In the Batman Trilogy, I have only truly enjoyed two Batman villains.

I enjoyed Ras as a mentor but checked out of the climax of BB when it was revealed he was the antagonist. That didn't for me at all.
Hated Bane's look and voice and thought his plan was stupid.
Catwoman wasn't really an antagonist.
