I'm guessing they didn't want to do a brand-new render for just one shot. Truly, one of the disadvantages of CGI. But yeah, I really wanted to see underneath the bandages.

But crap was 25 a very intense episode! I almost wish I hadn't watched 26, since it does deflate the suspense a bit.

I finished the season. I liked it that it pretty much ended on a complete note. No real cliffhangers.

It pretty much went the direction I thought it would except with how they handled Harvey. It was nice seeing a Deathstroke that was entertaining to watch after the Son of Batman DTV. I think that version might be even worse than Smallville's.

Time for Batman haters to hate this cartoon to the ground before it even manages to air.

I'm just gonna be cautious about all of this. It HAS the potential to be incredibly toyetic and gimmicky, or it could also be lots of fun.

It is pretty disheartening to see people are already preferring this to Beware just because it might have familiar characters or is in 2D. Because good writing and storytelling apparently are the last things in Batfans' minds. Not saying that this won't have it, but it's never a priority with them either.

In the last two things i've seen deathstroke in he's come off as pretty unimpressive. In this show and the Son of Batman dvd he is definitely not an amped up captain america style super soldier. He can't even out fight batman and robin

I dunno. Being completely defeated by a team of superpowered people is a lot more impressive than being stabbed by a 10-year-old or being defeated off-screen by a teenager.

Well, it's clearly based on the Batman Power Attack toyline. Here's some of it's more recent artwork...



However, the poster from the expo clearly shows an animated version of the toyline... most likely an image from the model sheets.

It's either a small animated project ala JLA Adventures: Trapped in Time, in support of the new toyline or a new series in general. Now here's whats interesting... why is there no logo on the poster?

Surely you'd expect to see a WB, CN or at least Mattel logo in some capacity?

The far right corner appears to be cut off but I don't think there is enough room for a logo from one of them to be there.

You have to admit though... It would be a smart business decision. Creating a colourful, toyetic and expansive Batman show around an already popular evergreen toyline.
