Wolverine 43 (CW) - Art's still crap, but the writing is pretty damn good. Loving the return of Wolvie's 'tude. Although, unless it was just drawn wrong, ALL of Wolvie's fleshy parts were completely vaporized leaving just the skeleton...no way in HELL even his healing factor could recover from that one. Cool as it was.

That part sucked. Looks like I won't be buying Wolverine for awhile again.

X-Factor: To be honest, I only picked it this up to look up on everyone's favorite Son of M. Good to see Layla Millar has moved on past her Bendis Deus Ex Machina. Spider Man is written once again as a total ******. "Duh, pretty Red Head is asking me about classified House of M... already told SHIELD about it, why not her?". Maybe because your already married to a red head!? Or the fact that Deadpool likes this girl!? Didn't really understand what was going on, and will most likely peace once Pierto does. No grade

Daredevil 86: Best book I've read so far this week,I've never been a HUGE daredevil fan but Bru is turning me into one, I never thought a single book could hold so much Bad@$$ness (yeah its' new word I just made up

Black Panther 16: My intrest has been slipping in this book, sadly I think alot of that had to do with the complaining alot of people have been doing about the title and the upcoming wedding, I forgot how easy it is sometimes for other people to ruin your fun. but ANYWAY, I really liked this issue, had alot of funny moments, I liked what storm said at the press conference and T'Challa's reaction to what she said, the bachalor party stuff was funny...My only gripes is that this seems to me moving SLOWLY, this book hasn't been properly paced since the first arc....I'm also not pleased by how Hudlin wrote Kitty, and even though she only said like one thing his jessica Jones still sucks.

Amazing Spiderman 533: I liked it, had some funny moments. Tony stark needs his @$$ kicked badly. Spidey showed some backbone. People who I thought were dead seem to be alive (I haven't been paying much attention to spidey these past few years)...I was a bit shocked by JJ's reaction to the unmasking, he seemed to be honestly hurt by it more than ticked. I actually kinda felt bad for the old fuddy duddy.

Wolverine 43: I only bought this book because it's a civil war tie in, it was decent, I never been one to complain about art but I hated it in this book, expeciallly seeing as how said art lead to another Bull$h!t wolverine moment.

Blue Beetle 04: I like this book, nothing great or overly cool has happened yet but I like every single character they've introduced so far. The stuff with Birds of prey was funny.....My main grip is that NOTHING is getting answered in this book, they just bring up more questions in every issue, it keeps me coming back, but if I they don't give me something soon I might have to drop it.

Moon Knight 03: Dropped, this story is moving WAY too slow for me, I regret buying this book.

Runaways 17: another good issue, the exchange between gert and nico was funny, the ending scares me, even though I know its' not what it seems. Nice to see K come back, I'm still a bit peeved about Alex not coming back, but the story is still coming along nicely.

I bought more stuff but I haven't read it yet, I'll posts thoughts on those later.

They were basically letting out all the aggression they had towards each other to move past things....Kinda like how two brothers can have a knock down drag out fight then go out for beers afterwards.

If it is how it seems when does the YA/Runaways crossover take place, because everyone seems to be present on the cover.

Moon Knight: I really don't mind the slow pace. For readers like me, who have never read MK before, the backstory is nice to see. Oh yeah I almost forgot it has TASKMASTER in it. Even if it's only for a page. Can't wait for next issue.

Daredevil: Ed Brubaker's first arc has been great. The build up to this issue has been very entertaining and all of the people involved with the riot are interesting. Seeing Bullseye work was great. The escape next issue will be awesome.

Batman: Kind of a weaking ending to this story. The thing with Tim was fine by me but the fight with Two-face and the reveal of who was behind it was a little boring.

As far as Nico getting shot, You need to remember who it is that's writing this. With BKV, things are never as they seem. Considering her talk with Gert about what if she were to die, and her wound at the end of this issue, and the fact that the Death is supposed to be revealed next issue anyways, I'd say Nico's the safest Runaway on the block right now.

Yes and no. Is it petty? Sure. But the OVERALL picture is that Marvel just doesn't really give two craps about continuity or characterization these days. Two things I value most.
