nah, bucky was no ****in robin. the two were partners not sidekicks. re-read brubaker's earlier run and find some early back issues with the two(buck and cap).


hawkeye is a leader in getting himself killed because his arrow got stuck.( lmao)

Hawkeye has actually led people into battle. Bucky has never been shown to lead anyone into battle.

Yeah, that's pretty much what I said. But I wouldn't say that Bucky is more bloodthirsty, per se. He's got himself under control.

I'd say he has a much easier willigness to exercise lethal force, where Clint would be more like Cap in the not doing that. Bucky would make a decent Cap I guess in many respects, I think Clint is just better fit for the job.

As for Clint leading teams? Apparently everybody just sort of forgot the teams he has actually led and inspired. (Thunderbolts, anybody?)

And I doubt BuCap would be leading anybody into battle, as he apparently wants to answer to nobody, and has stated he likes to work solo.

see your talking in ability sure he'll make a good cap, but hawkeye isn't a leader nor a tactician.

Hawkeye organized and led the West Coast Avengers into battle for years...

He did don Cap's shield temporarily out of memory to Cap, but refused it when he found that Stark was merely trying to use Cap as an icon for the Initiative, rather than (at least he believes) trying to keep the idea of Captain America alive. (He also thought that Stark was simply trying to hide his guilt of Cap dying)

And I totally said Thunderbolts already.

DD #103 - Wrecking Crew goes at it with Fear's hired goons.Mila is at home doped up still.Lily tries to change her story about what happened in the Subway and uses her ability to convince the DA.Foggy tells her to stay away from Matt and Mila.Matt gets info off Merv on the whereabouts of Ox.While the police crack down and have a firefight with Ox's goons,Ox gets away.Matt drives a cab into Ox and captures him.Ties him up in chains in what looks to be a factory and threatens to torch Ox's ass if Ox doesn't cough up details on Fear.

I much preferred Bendis' take on Mila,she wasn't so annoying,whiny and needy as she's been in Bru's run.There's a scene where Matt holds onto Mila,which comes across as totally forced and awkward."I'm never letting go Mila".

The first 2 arcs were great.I just hope that this mega arc,9 issues in now,comes to a head soon.
