Quite the nitpicker as usual.
That could be said about most criticism batted about on these boards.

So in GL, did Vixen really just yell Sabretooth Tiger? WTF is this Power Rangers?

Seriously? USM was fantastic till the Hollywood arc.
I miss that girl![]()

Seriously man, what does it take for you to give a bad review? I've never seen you give a book less than 7/10 EVER!
I was a huge fan of ultimate spider-man. I forgave all the little niggles and stuck by the book through thick and thin but the clone saga was too far. I've dropped this book and even though I'm not buying it anymore it pisses me off because it used to be so good.
**** Bendis, he jumped the shark with this one and as a result I'm now extra careful about buying ANYTHING with his name on it. It's time to hand over the reigns because he really has run out of ideas at this stage. The next arc is just warriors with a crappy new avengers plot device chucked in. No thanks![]()
yeah the concept of not buying what you don't enjoy seems alien to comic fans at times.

) and kept reading through the dips in quality because it was a book that I felt was capable of truly great things when they got it right. To see that book in the state it's in now really pisses me off because I remember how good it used to be.

Not really, to be honest if I don't like a book my reaction is generally... meh
It's only the books that I have a genuine affection for that I get angry about when they are being screwed up.
It's like the old maxim:
You have to love something before you can truly hate it.
For example USM. That used to be one of the books I really looked forward to. I would defend it to the haters (how ghetto am I) and kept reading through the dips in quality because it was a book that I felt was capable of truly great things when they got it right. To see that book in the state it's in now really pisses me off because I remember how good it used to be.
Hell, as I've already said, I don't read the book anymore but reading the summaries makes my blood boil because I feel bitter that another quality book has gone down the ****ter.![]()
