All Star Superman #4- Pretty boring. I understand Morrison is giving a nod to some of the old classic Superman stories, but they are just not worth the wait and money. I don't want to drop the book because I'm just waiting for Morrison to start doing what he does best, which I think he'll do shortly. I'm just angry I have to wait and waste money. I'm gonna Hulk out! 3/10
Speaking of which...
Giant Size Hulk #1- Excellent read and there were three stories! All of the stories were good and entertaining. The art was fantastic and was just overall very enjoying. 10/10
52 #7- For the most part I've liked this series a lot. Some plots interest me more than others but I'm sure others feel the same way. I can't stand Booster Gold. He's a good character but he's so despicable that I liked how everyone treated him at the end. He had it coming. The lost space soldiers story has been interesting and I'm looking forward to what happens there. I want more Question in the story though. 9/10
Shadowpact #2- I've enjoyed the first two books of this series but this one doesn't feel as special as the first one but overall it's entertaining and I don't mind the art. It's fun and hokey, and it works because we're dealing with magic and it just feels like a B-movie horror plot. Good stuff. 8/10
Superman/Batman #27- Dull and didn't really care what was going on most of the time. This issue was such a waste. It was just a weird dream that Power Girl was having. Doesn't sound very worthy to be in an issue. 3/10
JSA: Classified #13- It's nice to see the new Alan Scott OYL. Too bad I didn't find him interesting in Checkmate though. But his influences are greater now because JSA and Checkmate and that makes him a formidable hero. 7/10
Justice #6- Yes, every issue feels worth the wait and very satisfying but I'm bored with this title because the last six issues have just been the JLA getting their arses kicked. That's okay, because I've heard issues 7-12 are where the JLA fight back. Now I'm giddy. 8/10
Astonishing X-Men #15- Yes, this series has not been disappointing yet. Every issue is worth the wait because they are so enjoyable. Joss Whedon is the king and is one hell of an X-Men writer and you could definitely sense his auteurism in this work. X-cellent stuff! 10/10
Ultimates 2 #11- An action issue but one hell of an action issue. Though waiting for the next one is going to be a lot harder. I'm not gonna judge Millar's liberalism in this book because I know he's a great storyteller and the end of this series, I bet the story will really say something about everything that has gone in this book. The jackass heroes in the Ultimates (Who I think are still badass, even though they maybe asses), the liberal themes thrown in (because hey, the times reflect the art) and I even like The Liberators. As always, great stuff from Mark Millar. 9/10
Captain America #19- Bru is writing two of the best books in Marvel right now, Daredevil and Captain America. I've always thought Captain America to be pretty corny, but Bru's espionage thriller style for this book is just wonderful. And Union Jack is awesome. 9/10
New Avengers #20- Yes, I seem to be the only one who's liked New Avengers from the start. This issue is an interesting conclusion to the Collective storyarc, Magneto seems to be back in full power and who knows what will happen next. The whole Xorn thing seemed kinda off though. Overall, it was a good issue. 8/10
Flash #1- I'll need more issues to make up my mind about this series but this issue failed to really grab me as a reader. 3/10
