Decent domestic gross, but if it wasn't for the worldwide market, this movie would have just barely grossed more than it cost!

I predicted $120 million+!

Too bad

The DVD seems to be doing well though, which is a good sign IMO.

Excellent, its out here in the UK today as well, it seemed quite well received here judging by people i have talked to.

I guess I jumped the gun, it just seems its gonna be a lot closer than I would have thought for FF being so much more known than GR. If its at $114.8 now and only made $9 this past weekend, seems its running out of steam pretty fast. Though what I smoke notwithstanding, I admit the whole movie numbers and trends thing isn't my strong point.....so I'll just shut up and read

I think the TV rights were already secured, but doesnt the studio make royalties from that? This movie has TV syndication written all over it.

FX snapped up the rights in May. The Variety article says....

FX will pay Sony a total license fee in the low $30 millions for a four-year exclusive window to Ghost Rider and the Sandra Bullock thriller Premonition, and a two-year exclusive on Underworld: Evolution and The Grudge 2.

GR gets about 1/4 of that? So around 8 million dollars.
