Wow. Breaking Bad is such a good show! I mean, really, I'm gonna be sorry when it's over.
I knew that Hank's death was inevitable. There is no way he was going to walk out of this. I'm kinda feeling sorry that he died, I always liked him, but to me he is at least in part responsible for his own demise; he let the personal feelings of anger over his hurt ego cloud his judgment and he was just in a total tunnel-vision mode in regards to catching Walt by himself without letting anyone know.
Poor Marie, though... Imagine the emotional collapse - she went from being triumphant to totally heartbroken when she learned about Hank.
As for Walt, I think he's finally and truly dead. It's all Heisenberg from now on. And to be frank, I don't know how I feel about it. He's truly one of the greatest characters I've seen in regards to depth and character development. To the point where after he cried out his tears, got up and betrayed Jesse I wasn't sure whether it was awesome or mortifying!
I maintain that even Heisenberg cares about his family but it was just too much for them. They just don't have his inner strength - few people do, to be honest. Leaving the baby and using the services of Saul's Disappearing Guy was his final act of kindness.
Anyway, an awesome episode. Can't wait to see what's going to happen and how the current events tie with the snippets about the future.
