Homecoming Cast the Marvel Spidey Universe, again - Part 1

In all honesty, I'd rather they stay away from the Green Goblin. Play up the Hobgoblin mystery, so that everyone will think it's Norman, only to be Kingsley in the end. That saves Norman to be the big bad of a future Phase.

It be cool if they could find a way to pull a mystery. Maybe Kingsley is revealed as the Gobiln, when people think it could be Norman. Then the real Green Goblin confronts Kingsley and is then revealed to be Norman Osborn (played by a menacing Bryan Cranston).

In any event, I want that imp type mask I've seen on youtube (no Power Ranger or Hulk-Goblin) and have a scene where Norman pulls his mask off to Peter, to show him "he's the one that knocks!"

I like TSSM`s idea that the whole Goblin persona was just something that Norman invented to keep from guessing it was him.

I can see Cranston being perfect as the intimidating businessman, but also playing off the politician that manipulates the government into giving him Shield. I`d love it if they went with the Dark Reign storyline.

Which one is that?

I've actually seen it posted on threads in the Spider-Man forums on how they should have done Goblin. It's basically a silcone mask (that actually looked like gobby) that can be put on and actually responds to your afcial movements. Check maybe the goblin threads in the Spider-Man threads, or go to youtube and type "imp mask." I'm not sure who's the originator, so I didn't repost here.

I like TSSM`s idea that the whole Goblin persona was just something that Norman invented to keep from guessing it was him.

Cranton would be perfect in those ways, plus his mania for going after a threat which he would view Spider-Man/Peter Parker as. He even has the look. He is the one bit of casting I'm really pulling for. I do hope the people at Marvel view these messageboards!

But I think they should cast new and younger so they can have JJJ for more Spider-Man films. Or we could go with BatsDC's cast which imo put's mine to shame.
