Polaris is one of the earlier members of the x-Men. Well she's the 2nd female to join the X-Men in the comic-books. And there's so few female b-list X-Men members left that haven't appear in the movies.

Not in the comics as such but in terms of the other characters that could be used before her in the films

Psylocke and Jubilee, I'll agree with but they already appeared in the previous movies. Dazzler? Hmm maybe, but I do think Polaris is more relevant than Dazzler in the X-Men universe. Cable and Rachel could be confusing to adapt in the film. Forge, sure. But I can't think of more female X-Men members that should debut in the films before Polaris.

Dazzler, Psylocke (I refuse to count X3 for her appearance) and even Magik, but in honesty I dont want to introduce another female in apoc other than jean and storm, I want to give them and cyc development and then see where it goes after that, if they wanted they could intro domino into that mix before x-force.

It would be good to have scarlet witch and quicksilver join magneto and form the brotherhood. but I would like to see selene introduced down the line, maybe not with apoc. I think it would be cool if apoc incorporated physical time travel and had rogue become pestillence giving her strength and flight, perhaps have mystique become famine.

It'd be interesting to see Apocalypse take Wolverine for Death (the fourth horseman) as it's happened in the past and it'd be fun to see Wolverine as the threat rather than the hero for once. It would also be a good reason to call upon a new team of X-Men (be that the original 5 or not).

I don't care who they get for the rest but it would also be a good way to reintroduce Gambit (Tatum or not). Maybe Psylocke and Archangel to round out the four?

I have no problem with that, would be interesting to see Jackman as a villain for part of the movie being the Horsemen Death. I remember reading that entire storyline when it was released, and it was a pretty huge reveal that the new Death Horsmen was Wolverine. Lets just hope that DOFP gives us a new timeline and the X-MEN franchise go start fresh from there and go into X-MEN Apocalypse, give us a younger Cyclops, Jean, and Storm, then add in Gambit, Nightcrawler, Havok, Beast, maybe Bishop from the future and Cable from a further furture as timetravelers where Apocalypse now rules with a iron fist, and inform the X-MEN of things to come.

Taking it a step further, it'd be very interesting to see what becomes of Logan's psyche after being forced by Apocalypse to murder (lets say) thousands of people, humans and mutants alike.

Personally, I think Polaris should be the next X-Woman introduced after Jean and Storm.

Agreed with Polaris. Though if your gonna do Dazzler, 80s is a pretty good window. Her powers can switch things up a bit as well.

With young Jean and Storm involved any other female character is gonna get little to no development.

Definitely, but the film maker would have to respect Psylocke and give her the due she deserves. Which I think is unlikely with Mystique, Jean and Storm around and their roles in the franchise. If they use Psylocke as a villain against Jean she more then likely will get destroyed. Betsy gets thrashed and underused enough in media outside the comics enough as it is, so I'd hope they would not go that route and wait to use the character for development purposes when she's not in a crowded film.

I don't know where things are with Angel in the franchise, but if he's in this flick then I'm all for Psylocke here. But separating those two would be a huge mistake. Gotta save Betsy for either an X-Men film with Warren, or X-Force like you mentioned. Otherwise she will probably be wasted and then they will be shooting themselves in the foot pretty badly for future storylines.

I would like to see a telepathic battle, but for that I would want it against the shadow king, it would be a good way to have Jean go up against him but then not be able to win and so Xavier has to get in on the action. Not for Apoc though.

Scarlet Witch has never been a member of the X-Men and Magik is mostly known as a member of the New Mutants. I would feel weird, if she gets to join the team before Polaris. And a third female in the X-Men doesn't seem impossible, it just depends on the writers.

Really no different then saying Polaris has been mostly known for X-Factor. Magiks been in plenty of X-Men issues , and has been one of Cyc's leading team mates for awhile now. Polaris is a better choice here though. Order of appearance holds zero value in these films regardless, she seems the more logical choice. Believe she was a Horsemen Of Apocalypse as well.

Betsy's my favorite X-Men so Im not trying to bash her here, but there is little to no way this film franchise will introduce Storm and Jean in a film about how they joined the X-Men and then have Psylocke get decent development without being a full on villain. Psylocke aint that crucial to the X-Men like the others you mentioned, and we know what happens to the side characters after 1 film. They are used for powers then gone, and I don't want to see her be wsted, a mute or a villain. This film already sounds crowded. Just better to hold off because she has too much potential with other characters that can be used down the line. That said, as a Psylcoke fan I'd love for the film makers to prove wrong.

Scott and Jean are gonna take alot of screen time, or else people are gonna rage. And I'd also assume some sort of bond/relationship will be established between Gambit and Storm given their thief past's and Gambits introduction to the X-Men. Not to mention the 3 leads and Logan are gonna get a majority of the time here on their possible last X-Men film.

What is this business of Emma returning? I don't want some random thing brining her back if she is already mentioned as deceased.

Anyhow, I think Sinister and Juggernaught should be in as Horseman. Not liking Wolverine in that mix. Gambit can also be another. You'd need a female to round it out , so perhaps Emma? Would rather see someone new. Not Psylocke however, save her for X-Force.

Probably next to none - they can certainly afford to get someone with a little more appeal now to play Warren than Ben Foster.

For female characters the obvious choices have already been mentiond like Scarlet Witch, Polaris, Dazzler and Psylocke. These are probably the more relevant characters but there are some other great females in the X-world,

Domino - her and Mystique in battle could be cool, 2 femme fatales thrashing it out.
Boom Boom - her powers would like great on screen.
Wolfsbane - who doesn't like a girl that can morph into a wolf.
Aurora- bit boring, but she'd have to be hot.
Marrow- angry chicks have depth, or so I'm told.
