:cmad:

Yeah most of those characters would fit much better in the OT timeline, which makes me 100% more invested in another tussle with Apocalypse in the future.

I'd rather they kept Psylocke and Cable for X-Force, which is probably more than likely what will happen.

Yeah she will be in X-force likely before anything else, they will want new characters to use for X-force and not just alot of recycled brought over characters

We still don't know which movie will be first.

10. Cannonball - NO
9. Cyclops - YES, we should see Xavier recruiting him
8. Sunfire - MAYBE, school needs some international
7. Polaris - NO
6. Nightcrawler - YES, bring on young Kurt
5. Mr. Sinister - DEFINITELY YES
4. X-23 - DEFINITELY NOT
3. Angel - NO, only in Archangel version from future
2. Psylocke - NO, she should be in X-Force
1. Cable - MAYBE, if this movie will be after X-Force movie

Agree with your list, except Polaris.

I think Polaris and Havok should meet on the past. Its been 2 movies already, and 2016 will be the third, so.... they dont have more excuses.

I don't get why people think its better if Psylocke is introduced in a non OT film. Thats like saying no new characters/X-Men members can be introduced properly in an OT film because of its already huge established cast.

Chances are, if Psylocke is introduced in X-Force. Deadpool, Cable and the main villain would get more importance and they would probably outshine her. And if X-Force underperformed, I don't know if they would use Psylocke again, they would probably just go with Deadpool/Cable.

Unlike if they introduced Psylocke as the new or only new good mutant in the 5th OT film, she would be the Nightcrawler/X3 Beast of the film, she would be seen a great addition to the team and she could easily comeback for the next film.

That's exactly the reason. Wolverine, Storm, Scott, Jean, Iceman, Kitty, Colossus, Rogue . . . Where is there room? And that's not even taking Angel, Beast, Nightcrawler into account.

Better being 5th/6th on the totem pole than 10th or worse.

Why give the character that much development/screentime when it could go to Storm, Kitty, or I don't know maybe Rogue? There are already OT characters that NEED/deserve attention way way before the likes of a Psylocke.

It's obvious really. In X-Force she'd be on the short list for major characters and damn near garunteed to have a more substantial role.

Agree, better to see Betsy in 5 members team, than in 10+ members team, if you want her to shine.
If Havok will be in movie, then Polaris would be ok. By the way, Till is too young, too thin to play about 37-40yo Havok in 80's.

Because we already know there's only going to be 5-6 team members in X-Force, therefore she would get WAY more screen time and character development than putting her into a movie that already has 10+ team members.

And yet they just introduced Bishop to work with the OT cast? Okay. Anyway, its always up to the writers to give the new characters a good role/a good introduction. And its not like Colossus/Kitty/Rogue/Colossus eat up too much screentime. Jean/Scott aren't even resurrected yet.

In X-Men 5: you could have a X-Men roster consisting of:

Wolverine
Storm
Professor X
Rogue
Iceman
Colossus
Shadowcat
Bishop (if he stays with the X-Men after DOFP)
Psylocke (as the new addition to team)

Thats not really a lot. And Psylocke could easily shine especially if she's the only new face to the team.

Better being 5th/6th on the totem pole than 10th or worse.

Nightcrawler was introduced properly in X2 very well so was Beast in X3. Again, its all up to the writers.

My guess is that the X-Men this time around are going to be

Wolverine
Cyclops
Xavier
Phoenix
Storm
Beast
Gambit (secretly working for Sinister)
Magneto

Jennifer Lawrence is still under contract so I guess that means that ther's going to be a Brotherhood of Mutants this time around

Mystique
Blob
Toad
Sabretooth (secretly working for Sinister)
Post

Then of course Clan Akkaba

Apocalypse
Frenzy (War)
Nemesis (Famine)
Sugar Man (Pestilence)
Archangel (Death)
Mister Sinister (Treacherous Advisor)

For the most part, the Brotherhood characters get a really small part since they aren't the main enemy.

Cue the next sequel: X-Cutioner's Song (naturally, that leads into Messiah Complex, which leads into Phalanx Covernant)

X-Cutioner's Song introduces Stryfe and the Dark Riders along with Mister Sinister's Marauders and is set in the present day. Messiah Complex continues on with just the Marauders. Phalanx Covenant would also include elements of Welcome to Genosha, X-Tinction Agenda and Second Coming all as one big mashup with Bastion also making his debut as a minor villain playing second fiddle to Cameron Hodge. Magneto ends the movie by taking over Genosha and placing the mutants in charge.

After that, it's Fatal Attractions, Eve of Destruction, Magneto War and Mutant Genesis rolled into one with Magneto and the Acolytes as the villains.

X-Men
Professor X, Cyclops, Jean, Beast, Storm, (Havok), (Banshee)

The Brotherhood
Magneto, Mystique, Quicksilver, Scarlet Witch, Toad

The Horsemen
Professor Xavier (Death), Magneto (War), Mister Sinister (Pestilence), and Mystique (Famine)

This could happen (the first two rosters anyway).:waa:

In my opinion, save the Horsemen for the 2nd Apocalypse movie. Maybe a little tease to them would be a good idea. But save all that Horsemen action in the 2nd movie. 1st Apocalypse movie should be more a character piece. And I just can't see them introducing the younger version of Jean/Cyclops/Storm, introducing Apocalypse and Apocalypse recruit his 4 horsemen in just 1 movie.

X-Men:
Xavier
Beast
Cyclops
Jean
Storm

I feel like all of them are all but confirmed. If they want a fifth member it'd be awesome to have any number of characters. Gambit or Psylocke would be ideal.

X-Men:
Young Xavier.
Young Cyclops.
Young Beast.
Young Jean Grey.
Young Storm.
Havok.
Polaris.

Brotherhood:
Young Magneto.
Young Mystique.
Young Toad.
Quicksilver.
Scarlet Witch.
Sabretooth (bring back Liev Schreiber).

Villains:
Apocalypse.
Mr. Sinister.

IF they go include the Horsemen, then they should be:
Magneto.
Wolverine.
Gambit.
Older Cyclops.

Misc characters (optional):
Dazzler.
Longshot.
Moira MacTaggart.
Bishop.
Banshee.
Psylocke.
