I can see how a sequel could be made, but it is an awesome stand-alone film and I really don't think it needs that. Not unless it's Batman-style and there is some sort of epic Inception trilogy done... that'd be pretty cool.

I'd rather it be a stand alone film, I liked the idea of expanding on the possibilities this movie makes and would love to see it done on a video game. A good one obviously and not some cheaply made tie in (although its a little late for that). I want time and effort put into it and expand the great possibilities offered. I heard Nolan was looking into doing just that and hope he follows up on it. It would be a great way to expand without potentially ruining what the movie made, doing a sequel that isn't better or at least match Inception would no doubt hurt it. This way your options are grander.

Yeah. No more films. But like you I'd be all for an Inception video game with Zimmer scoring. It'd be pretty sweet, as we have all of the rules laid out for us. Stealth levels that quickly change when people become aware of you (the dreamer) start staring and getting aggressive. Create your own maps, etc.

I also don't think they should do a sequel but it would be awesome if they did something like the Animatrix. A set of short films that expands on the Inception universe...because quite frankly there is so much that can be told. Maybe a graphic novel might work too

Rewatched Inception tonight for the first time in a while. Still an awesome film. It reminds me of the Matrix .................... not in the story or structure, but in how every subsequent rewatching lets you notice more little things in the story which help it all gel together. A very well crafted film by all accounts.

Noticed something in the credits. Cobb's children at the beginning were played by a 7 month old and a 3 year old. The children at the end were played by a 3 year old and 5 year old. So this confirms time did pass and the children were older at the end. Knowing this, Cobb couldnt have been dreaming at the end. Seems to indicate it was real. Just thought some who were still wondering whether he was dreaming would like to know this.
