NBC continues to kick Community to the curb. The studio announced today that it would be bumping the season four return of the fan-favorite show from their expected Friday, October 19th date to an unspecified future date.

This is actually good news for Community. It is looking like it will be used to replace Animal Practice on Wednesday, which is a preferable timeslot to Friday.

My thoughts exactly. People are just upset because they have to wait a little longer for the premiere. But it's okay. It gives us more time to explore other shows in the meantime.

NBC has put down freshman comedy series Animal Practice, which will continue to air in its 8 pm slot on Wednesday nights until November 7th. Starting November 14th, NBC, in the network’s infinite wisdom, has decided to start airing new episodes of Whitney. There is no word yet on when fan-favorite and critical darling Community will return from limbo for its fourth season.

Yes. Because as we all know, NBC is a network of integrity and honesty and I should have no reason to not take their word at face value.

NBC has been going in a weird and potentially dreadful direction with their shows. Maybe with the failure of the shows they expected to be bigger hits hopefully they are rethinking about how they are handling Community?

The best part is that Annie's Boobs (Crystal the Monkey) show was cancelled yesterday by NBC. It got the post Olympic Games Closing Ceremonies and shriveled up up with smaller ratings than Community.

Here's hoping its back in its old timeslot on Thursdays in late January since that's better than Fridays, with Halloween and Thanksgiving episodes in February!
