Beta Ray Bill vs Moses Magnum

OK, so bill is thor but even more awesome! (harlekin )

One of the key differences however is that bill has THREE form, korbinite, android and human. For this battle he will be taking his Korbinite form as his second encounter with thor proves that his physiology is enhanced in warm climates. Warm climates such as wakanda

Moses will be a tough opponent but he is far too reliant on his robots to fight with him. Bill on the other hand has single handedly knocked the crap out of Stardust and a fellow Korbinite who had been genetically altered and infused with the power cosmic by galactus. (I may be getting this wrong, it's been a while since I read the mini, so feel free to correct)

Bill has faught alongside the likes of quasar in intergalactic wars. He has fought thor 4 times and beaten him three of those four. Magnum is a deathlok villain. He's simply outclassed and will get owned as a result.

If he causes earthquakes bill can fly. His strength is wildly inconsistent but at it's absolute peak it is still dwarfed by that of bill. Bill can fire off some lightning at him from above and either swing in for the ko or teleport magnum away from the battlefield. Either way it'll be quick.

In everything I've read, there is nothing that says he can only use one at a time. It says he can download powers that are catalogued and use them in combat; and that's it. If he can download powers in prep-time, he can also use his 24 hours to train with those powers he wants to use, and there is nothing that says they cannot be used simutaneously.

There Is Nothing that states he cannot use powers simutaneously!!! He can download the catalogued powers and use them in combat as needed.

Actually, taking it from this:

Choosing “increased superhuman strength” it takes only mere seconds until his cybernetic bodyparts have downloaded the required data and activates this power, enabling Kane to easily rip of the Boxbot’s head. Both hands transforming into claws, he slashes through another opponent before deciding to test another ability. Kane downloads “subzero temperature gas” and uses it to freeze all of the remaining robots.

Each time Kane needs to download the power for him to use it and he does not use them simultaneously as each takes up space in his live memory. Also, each download does take seconds whereas Pluto moves with superhuman speed.

Yes, he is the ruler of the realm of the Dead. And, it is in that realm that he's most powerful, and outside the realm, his powers diminish greatly.

OK lets be very clear about this. Yes he is more powerful in Hades but he is still very powerful elsewhere and the rating below stands in all realms.

Hades makes him even more powerful then he already is.

I will cut and paste this to JH for a decision. I would think Mimic's powers are different from what we have with Garrison Kane. But, we'll leave it up to him.

If I'm adding it right (and I hate to say it) it looks like Maverick actually beat Lifeguard by 1, not vice versa.
