Although I don't disagree with what you said, calling people out on their choice of votes during the voting process seems like a bad idea. Since this could possibly influence people on how they vote. Not saying that happened, just good sportsmanship to wait until the voting ends.

Then what does it matter? You get to choose who moves on either way.

Im just curious as to why theyre making that choice. Im pretty dead set on who im picking but if they know somehting I dont about Siryn, id love to know. Its really a harmless question.

Meggan - more likely to do well IMO
Mad Thinker - not sure why this one was given up so easily as finding gear that can defend against killer bees doesn't seem like a stretch even for a normal scientist with the means, never mind this guy :( Also the tallies can't be right as Wiegabo (although edited) also voted for Mad Thinker
Invisible Woman - she could do well in future rounds if she gets a reasonable draw
Pestilence - I don't think Domino would find her if she played dead as she would be reluctant to approach dead bodies and pick up further infections

Final Results:

Meggan beat Zaladane 14-2
Swarm beat Mad Thinker 14-2
Invisible Woman beat Siryn 13-3
Pestilence beat Domino 13-3

Pagan (POWDERMAN) bio

Location:

BADLANDS

This mystic realm was fashioned by the Demon-Bear as an idealized version of the American southwest.

(This location was not originally intended for Week 6. It was suppose to be The Cage; but, I discovered little can be found about the location, other than it took away all superpowers when running. So, I didn't think it fair to take away everyone's powers. As I don't have any matches this week, I came up with the first substitute location that I came to. Location was changed, and just figure you are out in the American Southwest, idealized version. No inhabitants, except the normal animals and bugs that you'd expect to find. If your character can find out any more information on this area that may be of help, then it's fair game.)

OPENING ARGUMENT: Mach IV vs Pagan

Let's start off by comparing abilities here:
Pagan
- Superhuman strength (Class 100? He's strong, that's for sure)
- Superhuman endurance (withstand punches from Wonder Man kind of endurance)

Mach IV
- Armor plating
- Enhanced strength
- Flight
- Variety of weapons

So I know what you're thinking, you're thinking: How can Abe possibly win this? He's outpowered. Well, he's not outsmarted. Pagan is for all intents and purposes a big brute, operating without any concept of strategy. Mach's entire life is built around thinking, around strategy. Heck, he's like Iron Man with lesser armor, but nicer.

Info about Pagan will be easily found. He did after all face the Avengers in downtown New York City. There's going to be enough footage of Pagan causing a ruckus and fighting the Avengers for Mach to glean some info from. Pagan won't even bother with prep-time.

Prep-time will be telling him a few basic, but vitally important things:
- That Pagan is crazy strong
- That Pagan can take a lot
- That he shouldn't get anywhere near Pagan and remain airborne
- To take out the heavy gear

Now, there's the location. Neither of the two would know to expect, since they aren't familiar with the Demon Bear, and be surprised to find themselves in the American Southwest. This area is both a disadvantage and an advantage for Mach IV. It's a lot of open space, so there's no stealth, but there's also nothing Pagan can throw around in trying to bring Mach IV down.

When it all comes down to is the good old hit and run tactic, which could take a while, but would ultimately bring Pagan down. Mach IV's got the time as long as he keeps out of Pagan's reach, and as long as he keeps hitting Pagan with the tough stuff, the bad guy is going to go down one way or another.

WINNER=Mach IV

Super-Adaptoid vs Murmur

Unfortunately for Murmur, this is a lopsided battle. Information-wise, I'm not sure what either could get on the other. Murmur may be able to get more information, but it's really going to be a mute point. Adaptoid just has her too outclassed.

The Adaptoid can mimic powers, and usually defaults with those of the Avengers. That should give it enough strength and range attacks to handle anything Murmur does.

And what can Murmur do? She can control minds upon physical contact (and sometimes without contact). Small problem, Super-Adaptoid doesn't have a mind. He's an artificial intelligence. And since Adaptoid can fly, it would be unlikely that Murmur would even be able to make physical contact except when being hit by the Adaptoid.

Murmur apparently has a teleportation power, although it sounds a bit iffy. But assuming she can teleport someone upon making contact, she still has the problem of making contact. And if she could teleport Adaptoid away, it could just teleport back by copying her power. Assuming she might be able teleport herself at will, she may make the fight a good game of cat and mouse, but the Adaptoid will win out eventually since it never needs to rest, and can copy her power so it can teleport itself.

If she was going up against an organic being, Murmur wouldn't be a bad character to have. But against a machine, she doesn't have much chance.

Super-Adaptoid wins

Match 12:

Maximus (DARTHPHERE) bio

vs.

Holocaust (KYTRIGGER) bio

This is a draw that sucks for Maximus because his main power is void on Holocaust.

Maximus is best known for his mind control at which he is decent at, but nowhere near the best in the MU (IMO). Unfortunately, this won't work against Holocaust because he has proven a strong resistance to any sort of mental attacks, mainly because he is just energy.

In fact, he has battled Nate Grey (arguably the most powerful telepath) a couple of times and he couldn't control Holocaust. Yes Nate Grey beat him, but it was by stabbing Holocaust with the M'kraan crystal, not through his uber powerful telepathy. The second time, he beat Holocaust again, but it was revealed tht Holocaust had no intention of actually trying to win (he was just fighting him so Onslaught could gauge Nate's powers).

So Maximus' best plan to beat someone is effectively eliminated, but Holocause has many ways to defeat Maximus. He can fry him with his heat blasts, crush with his super-strength, or even drain him of his life-force. And while Maximus is no slouch at coming up with plans, Holocaust was trained by Apacolypse and one of his horsemen. He is also pretty good at strategy.

Another final thing that hurts Maximus is that this taeks place on Earth. The Inhumans are known for their weakness to our pollution and germs. And while I don't think this fight would take too long, if it did, this could definately slow Maximus down.

Overall, Maximus is just overpowered here.

Winner- Holocaust

Stature (MIDNIGHT ICE) bio

vs.

Apocalypse (WOLVERINE25TH) bio

Ok, this is a little one sided, but Apocalypse hasn't been debated by Wolverine25th yet, so I might as well have a small one.

Stature's best bet would be to grow as big as she can and try to pummel him. Or maybe, being the teenage girl that she is, she would just keep talking and talking and talking until Apocalypse couldn't take it any more and ran away.

Winner: Stature
