Character Personality: His personality is trouble making and easygoing, but he loves doing good and bringing justice.

Origin Info/Details: Shawn Violette was you average troublemaker and has lived in Enferno all his life. He is best friends with Jon Small/Blacklight and knows his identity. Even though he's just as old as Jon, he's alot shorter and looks alot more like a kid. Shawn basically was born a metahuman and was gifted with super-vision from his mother. Like most metahumans, his powers were dormant and didn't activate until he turned 16, but when his powers manifested, he ended up with alot more powers than just one or two, like most metahumans are gifted with. This was because as a child, Shawn experienced a very traumatic event. When he was six years old, he saw a ghost, and it phased through his body. He was very scared and was hospitalized, but he ended up fine. More than fine, because when the ghost went through him, it left a piece of itself behind. When it passed through Shawn's body, the ghost's phasing ability re-wrote Shawn's metahuman strand of DNA, giving him ghost-like powers with his enhanced vision. These powers just recently activated. Shawn has always been a good friend and neighbor to Jon, always helping him on some of his adventures. At one point even becoming Blacklight's liason in the crime world to help disband it. He's helped so much even to the point where Jon asked Shawn to join his now disbanded team of metahuman teenagers, but Shawn declined, because he wanted to help out on his own, looking up to Jon as a superhero role model. So using a suit that he got from Romanotech Industries that looks alot similar to Jon's old costume, but altered to look more ghost-like, he donned the costume and used the appropriate moniker of the Ghost Kid to fight crime in Enferno. Although the press knows little of the Ghost Kid, they sometimes snap photos of Ghost Kid when he works together with Blacklight, dubbing him as Blacklight's sidekick, but this couldn't be farther from the truth, since Ghost Kid is a hero in his own right.

Weaknesses: none really except that his encounter with the ghost is very traumatic, and memories of this event in his life hinder his thinking.

Supporting Characters: His mom, Nora Violette, his sister Nina, brothers David and Seth, and friend Jon Small.

Two weeks ago...



"Dude, c'mon! You can do better than that!" I said taunting the guy. How pathetic. Simple robber. No match for the Ghost Kid...

"Stay still!"

"Sure."

He then starts to punch me, but each hit phased right through my body. He stands there shocked...

"Dude... you suck..." I saw with a powered uppercut to his chin. This is fun. Now I know how Jon feels when he's doing this. He fell down out cold.

"Simple. What's this?" I say eyeing his wallet. I check it out, and he's got like 200 bucks.

"Hehe. Jackpo--"

"--Don't even think about it..."

"Aww c'mon, Jo-- uh, Blacklight..."

He snatches the wallet out of my hand and tosses it next to the criminal's body.

"Still being a troublemaker, Shawn?"

"I was just..."

"Shawn. You can't just take his wallet. That makes you no better than he is. I got you that suit so you can be a hero, not a criminal that beats up other criminals." He says with a disappointed look and his arms folded.

I start feeling remorse. He's always been good at making me feel that. But that's usually because he right.

"I know you have good intentions..." He says putting his hand on my shoulder. "...But you can't be selfish like that. Fighting crime is for the good of others, not yourself."

"I'm sorry, Jon. It won't happen again. I promise."

"It better not, Shawn. Now go take him in." He finishes with a smirk as he flies off.

"Sure thing."

I look up to Jon. When I'm Ghost Kid, Jon's like an older brother to me. I wanna be a hero. He's right. I can't just beat up guys and reward myself. It's about being selfless. Enferno's my home, so I'm gonna protect it...

Then my ears start to ring and a flash of 9th Alley shows a mugging in progress.

"I'm going to do it right, this time..." I say to myself as I zip away to the sky, going through each building in my path unseen to reach my destination. Dropping the crminal off at the Police Station on the way...

"No one can help you now, girlie!" He said with a twisted smile.

I rush over to her, turning visible again. The bastard turned to me and stared.

"Who are you?"

"The name's Ghost Kid..."

He wears a white suit with a white tie, white fedora white gloves, and white alligator skin shoes. He also carries a black cane with a black emerald on top of it. He also wears a pair of white-rimmed sunglasses with blue lenses. He has blonde hair, but never removes his shades. He is a very mysterious man whose motives are known only to himself. He has no actual alignment but will assist whoever he feels to his own ends.
He is known to speak in riddles and will even change his accent mid-sentence. He is very eccentric and claims to be the leader of an organization known only as The White Panic Experience. He also has been known to speak to himself and recite odd poems. He also seems to have a great deal of resources.

Origin Info/Details:
Atremis Snow was a brilliant scientist who went insane after the creation of the "Quantum Interstate". He disappeared for two years only to resurface as Mr. ?. He lives to confuse and bewilder. There's not much to Mr. ? origin-wise, but he has one hell of a singing voice.

His cane, once spun in his hand, creates a small portal with which he can pull very random objects out of. Mr. ? also appears to be omni-linguistic and knows a great deal about swordplay. He keeps a blade in his cane and has super-human reaction time and agility. Many of his abilities seem to have developed shortly after he was sucked into one of his various portals.

Dr. Artemis Snow put the finishing touches on his master-piece: The Quantum Interstate, a device that would allow any being to travel vast distances across the existance. It was a portal capable of taking people to alternate universes, timelines, even across space itself. He brought the tape-recorder up to his lips.

"This is IT! This is what I've worked SO hard for over the years! My time has FINALLY come!!"

The excited scientist hurried over to the strange machine and began flicking various switches and pulling various levers. The machine became alive with an enormous ammount of sound that could be heard for miles.

"HAHAHA! It's working!!" he shouted over the noise.

Dr. Artemis Snow hurried into the now-open portal. Deep into the void.

2 Years Later

Dr. Artmeis Snow, now going by the name of Mr. ?, floated towards the commotion in the alley near him. He smiled under the shadow of his white fedora. He observed two men attacking an innocent woman.

"TO ACTION!!!" he shouted as the two attackers stopped and turned towards the man now standing before them.

"Who the hell are YOU?"

Mr. ? removed his hat and bowed.

"One fish, two fish. Red fish, blue fish."

"Huh?" the thug was confused. Suddenly, Mr. ? impaled him with his cane. The man now stared down at his injury in shock and keeled over on the ground. The other man ran off screaming. The woman stared at Mr. ? with curiosity.

"Who are you?" she asked.
But Mr. ? was gone.
