As my first act as GM, I will weed out the dead characters so that we may properly update the roster. The first step in this process was to figure out who hasn't posted recently. For this first warning, I was very lenient about the term 'recently.' I checked back as far as the new year. If you posted after 1/1/08, your character is clear. If not, you can find yourself on this list:

In the spirit of being lenient, I will give these people the opportunity to save their characters. If they make a post before 11 PM on Friday, February 22, they will not be unceremoniously stripped of the aforementioned characters. Otherwise, after 11 PM - assuming I will have the CAHRPG password by then - they will be removed from the roster.

Obviously - Kensei, Sharkman, Mercutio, and Deity will be removed anyway - as they have been dropped by their respective players.

Furthermore - Icon, The Assailant, Captain Jack Mason, and Ghost Kid will be added to the roster at that time. If you gentlemen wish to be helpful, you can find your applications so I can include a link to those posts in the roster.

Also, on the matter of second characters, I vote 'nay.' There are only 3 months left, so not much could be accomplished. It sounds like everyone could just wait until May.
