Sequel with a quick recap of his origin during opening credits.
You guys suggesting or wishing FOX give Daredevil's rights back to Marvel are living in dream land. Never gonna happen so we have to live with the reality that, for better or for worse, they'll probably give it a nother try.
When they do, since it's probably inevitable, they need to do a sequel not a reboot.
They covered the origin the first time and shouldn't waste time covering it again. If the first movie did anything right it was the actual origin portion of the movie. They should just recap during opening credits and continue from there, jumping right into the action.
The other thing they should do is get a quality director
and recast everyone
and introduce new villains,
making it fresh.
Enough talk about retreading the same things.
Let's move forward.
What chief said. The Incredible Hulk treatment.
No need to retread the origin story because it will waste 1/2 hour of film time, but it's not going to be a continuation of the 1st one.
Do you really think that you're saying anything that anybody doesn't know? "It will only be good if they do it well!" Really? You think so?I know.
True.
Agreed.
I wonder who they can get. They're alienated many good directors in the past, many good directors probably would avoid DD since it would involve them working with Fox directly and the previous movie has made DD's reputation into a joke limiting what Hollywood could see in the franchise's untapped potential.
True.
New villains Fox will destroy.
Which means nothing unless they do it well.
This will only happen once Fox starts doing good adaptions.
DD's going to move forward alright. Right back into obscurity when Fox damages him some more in their next try.
Do you really think that you're saying anything that anybody doesn't know?
"It will only be good if they do it well!" Really? You think so?
If they do a DD movie at the level of awesomeness seen in Iron Man and the Incredible Hulk, we have nothing to worry about. It will be awesome.
Why do you assume that Fox would have anything to do with a DD reboot?
So they're definitely doing a sequel? That is news to me.
Well, damn. That blows.
i say do a sequel/reboot similar to incredible hulk can show Murdock's accident in the opening credits sequence like in incredible hulk maybe get Doug Liman to Direct he would be good choice
