Sequel...Reboot...

I vote sequel only because somethings in the first don't need fixing. I do like the idea of making it a Marvel Knight movie along with the Kung Fu heroes. Like Shang hi, White Tiger, Iron Fists, and maybe some Moon Knight and Punisher cameos.

I vote sequel, too.... I thought the film with Affleck was a great film. My GF likes it better than BB or TDK. While I don't rate it higher than those two films, I do rate it highly ... and, though I'm not a big fan of Affleck, I thought he turned in a tight performance. I'd really like Favreau back as Foggy... don't know how that can happen with him in Iron Man as Happy Hogan ... unless it can be established that the two are cousins or something.

OH... and we have to have Evanescence back on the soundtrack.

i was sooo disappointed that there song from the elektra soundtrack was not in the movie... i really felt like evanescence was the voice of elektra in the DD movie.. and i felt they fit her emotions perfectly.

I think he did the Daredevil aspect of the character's persona justice (no pun intended), but the alter-ego didn't really do it for me. Plus, Affleck has said numerous times that he found the costume itself humiliating and wouldn't do so again.

obviously a reboot is the only way to take this franchise out of the ****ter.

also, i don't think the stench of assfleck has dissapeared yet, even though its been 6 years.

i think it will take at least another decade for the stench of assfleck to dissapear from Daredevil completely.

Only then, can Marvel reboot the franchise.

The stench is too much at the moment to fight, even for Marvel.

plus, the stench of Elektra is also a big problem.

I say Marvel should wait a decade, wait for any trace of Assfleck to be no longer associated, then make a nice new movie.

I hate actors who are so full of themselves they consider playing a comic book character an insult to their esteem.

The fact is, Assfleck is nothing compared to someone like Bale.

Bale has no problem wearing a comic book character costume, and he is a superior actor to Assfleck, yet somehow Assfleck has a problem??

please, if thats the type of actor Assfleck is, then good riddance.

Next time Marvel should hire someone who actually wants to play the character and enjoy it, rather than someone who jumps ship after the film flops.

He needs to take his Oscar out of his backside and lick it, or preferably give to to Damon, who will probably use it himself for pleasure.

doesn't he know how to read a script?

im pretty sure someone who won an oscar for writing a movie, surely should be able to distinguish between a **** script and a decent one.

then again, assfleck has been in more crap than sam jackson, and we all know sam jackson puts out more than 5 crappers a year minimum to pay the bills.

that means therfore that assfleck is just not intelligent enough to be in movies anymore. nowadays assfleck has as much box office appeal as Ralph macchio.

Although the first wasnt that bad. I'd like to see them just start over again. The Daredevil deserves better.
I've always wanted Guy Pearce as matt...but now he's too old I'm afaraid. Never really thought of anyone else. But I think it should be someone semi-famous, I think it'd be a mistake for the studio to go with a nameless. You can do that with the big ones, but Dardevil is not that big unfortunately.

I liked DD, the directors cut DVD was much better than the one released in theaters.

That being said, the movie did have many problems. Something just did not gel about the movie.

There is just so much that can be done storywise and visually with Daredevil. I think with the right director and screenwriter, DD has the potential to be even better than The Dark Knight.

It's a shame that hack for a director has messed up two comic heroes from Marvel.
