Fox do like tweaking origins so this option shouldn't be shunned

Looking at Fox's track record with X costumes I have a sinking feeling they'll have him wearing a suit and tie with hair. Him being bald isn't needed of course but that's been his look for the majority of his history in the comics. Hell, I think the shots with him having hair in the past is only an issue or two just explaining his origin.

Hahaha, now that would be terrible. Mystique has received way more attention in these films than she deserves looking at her importance or rank in the comics.

I'm pretty sure the blue woman is just to show that mutants have been around for a very long time. There was no way they'd be able to actually show Apocalypse since I imagine that would have cost a lot more money (if he's CGI that is or they are still determining what his look will be). Singer mentioned he wanted to explore ancient mutant origins and that certainly fits in with the description of that scene.

Remember that Apocalypse switched bodies to keep on surviving. That was initially what he wanted to do with Nathan Summers... So he could easily possess that mutant woman.

I still think that idea sucks. If Apocalypse is drastically changed from the comics, mainly visually, I'm going to be more than disappointed. A major X-men villain(who's not Magneto!) finally gets to be in a live action film and is almost unrecognizable. That would be pretty ******. I'm crossing my fingers they don't stray too far from his look in the comics.

Which i'm glad about cause in the comics i've read i've only imagined him leaping through and into the air rather than flying
