Wonder Woman's new costume looks good to me. It's much better than a freaking swim suit. If you put that on film, I bet people would take WW more seriously.

I have no problem with Wonder Woman wearing tights instead of shorts. I'm just not a fan of them being black. I know I'm the first person to point out her old costume didn't match, but giving her black pants is just lazy.

Really, what doesn't saw warrior like a pair of bear leg boots? You could market the **** of that, too. All the kids would love to stomp around to scare and scream at neighborhood kids while swinging a plastic sword and screaming that they want some Cap'in Crunch. Black pleather pants, though? Wonder Woman does not need to be a monochrome hero. She needs to be as bright and colorful as the very idea of superheroes, since she's one of the central figures who helped establish that idea.

I agree, just as long as the suit looks cool. Superman is bright and colourful done right, WW's classic suit was just bad.

The Bikini look makes Wonder Woman look Stripperiffic if shes running around and saving people. Pants is best thing to happen to her.

I personally take Ms Marvel, Power Girl, Supergirl and others pretty seriously. Their costumes are just as revealing (they are however better designed in general) but their characters are usually well writen and have a development direction. All these factors result in me taking them seriously and not caring about their bare asses. WW on the other hand has been **** for years and her costume was the least of her problems.

Their costumes are just as revealing (they are however better designed in general) but their characters are usually well writen and have a development direction. All these factors result in me taking them seriously and not caring about their bare asses. WW on the other hand has been **** for years and her costume was the least of her problems.

Your a comic book fan, of course you'd take them seriously but if you put WW in her classic costume in a big budgeted movie with the best characterization, action scenes, and cast, it would bomb.They'll take one look at the trailer and laugh and think it's like the campy 70's series. Their fixing her costume so it can be more marketable, plain and simple.

Yeah, we should definitely make our comics catered to movies. I mean, hell, why even have comics? They should just do loose storyboards and release them with scripts, so those movie execs can see what it'll probably look like better on screen. Who needs the comic medium? I tell you who, no one, that's who.

The suit in tv show had blue or red pants and it looked like crap. Black just looks better, plus the red and silver just look better costume wise. It's less colorful.

Female comic characters don't sell books these days, because they've barely ever sold books at any point in time. This character that you're crapping on here for her suit is actually about the only consisting selling female character in the history of comics. The only other one that's come close is Spider-Girl with 100 issues, and even that was a tough struggle to keep up. So maybe every female character should be wearing 'bikinis' then, or 'dressing like strippers' (though I'm beginning to wonder if the people who say that have even seen bikinis or strippers for real).
