I think Capullo should've aimed for the fine standards displayed in your avatar there.

If he did then I would be the first person in line to read that comic.

I like the idea of these guys making makeshift versions of their trademarks (Ie: Pyg's pillow case turned pig mask) because Arkham won't allow the inmates to keep their toys and quirky costumes.

oh ****! did anybody notice mr. socko hanging out up there?

That's Mr. Sockface to you pal. I'm so glad the real Ventriloquist is back amongst the living again. The only thing that will be missed from his replacement is a pair of **** :BA

That is Mr. Freeze, right? On the far left?

I have no idea who Professor Pyg is but he looks cool, and really nuts.

Yep. He mind controls his victims, melts masks to their faces, puts them in purple dresses and calls them Dollotrons. He also dresses like a pig.

I'm trying to remember what comic I read that had Professor Pyg, was he in R.I.P?

He also used to hammer nails through his gentlemens region and did a striptease for a ten year old boy.

His dead body was in Batman #666. He made his proper debut in Batman & Robin #1-3 and appeared again in the arc where Bruce came back.

So basically he really is a little nuts.

finally got to buy a months worth of comics which was delayed due to my car being "uncooperative".

decided to drop Detective Comics and Superman. those are two titles that i've been buying since i started buying comics over a decade ago. but my finances dictate i need to cut down on my list, and i cant afford to stick through crap stories blindly hoping it it'll get better. this relaunch b.s. is losing me.

Is the New 52 Batman series any good?

Congrats (no sarcasm) cause I know for sure that it's not easy for many fans to just leave gaps in their collections with titles they've bought their whole lives. I've never had a problem with that myself cause to me it's money saved that I could use on a comic that's actually worth it instead.

I know many including some that post on this board that will buy something no matter the quality cause it's been on their pull list their whole life though. I dropped 'tec myself with issue 1. That was enough to tell me Tony Daniel will never improve as a writer. I dropped Superman last month and I'm not looking back till I hear from enough reliable people that it has had a great creative turn around. This is coming from someone who grew up being a fan of George Perez.

One of the best I think. Batman & Robin isn't as good, but still pretty good. Avoid Dark Knight & Detective Comics though.

I agree but think that B&R is equal to the flagship book right now and agree about the other 2. We'll see what happens with the new writer on TDK. Maybe he could achieve the impossible and make it readable.

Hmm.. I guess I'm thinking of someone else then.

I love Snyder with all my love for including him in this scene :atp:

He be wacky :ninja:

I didn't care for nobody at first, but I've come around to liking him with issue 6.

He's kind of whatever at first, but gets a lot cooler with each issue as his backstory is revealed.

And for the people saying they don't like Freeze's design, this is the cover to the Batman Annual written by Snyder and featuring Freeze's New 52 debut.
