Huntress looks meh. Out of all the DC Girls they gave skimpy sexed up updates to how the **** did Zatanna and Powergirl get left out? Thought for sure they would amp those two in that department in more ways then one.

I thought Huntress's ab window was stupid. Just a way to sex up the character when she got redesigned (by Jim Lee, who apparently handles every redesign ever) right before Hush. I like the costume the way it is, it's a nice blend of the old and the new.

but...nobody got skimpy sexed up updates. Except for Harley Quinn, who looks like a complete ****ing ****e. But that was a very unsubtle way to cater to the Arkham Asylum/City crowd. Everybody else got unsexed. They even took out PG's boob window!

i'm ok with powergirl's redesign. not sure how i feel about here logo, but it's not terrible. huntress' redesign is barely a redesign at all, and i'm totally ok with that.

It's Starfire's personality what bothers me, the comics has been getting better, and i would be liking her more if she was a new character with that personality or even her sister, but replacing Starfire's personality like that was criminal

I wanted Kara back but the red as opposed to boob window is a more "awkward" type of color breakup cause she has no more red outside of the cape. It's like giving Kal-El a red belt surrogate but still including yellow in his shield. Dumb Jim Lee ****. The one thing the nu Earth-2 Superman costume got right over the mainstream earth one though was including at least a little yellow in the belt area.

This makes me think though if they are using Helena Wayne as a previous Earth-2 Robin though maybe in this version Dick DID become Batman after all and that's him on the other cover. I haven't followed too much news on this stuff actually but if they are trying to emphasize on legacy here more than the last time around I think it's possible.
