That doesn't really matter. A trailer like this comic-con trailer can't be played in U.S. theaters. The MPAA won't allow it. There are very strict guidelines about trailers in the US and when R rated films can be advertised, what they can be attached to, and how graphic and crude the trailer can be. So whatever trailer comes out in theaters will be severely neutered, and is unlikely to represent the tone of the film properly. Like def28 said a red band will be released online, but the average moviegoer who just watch trailers at the cinema are likely to see a very different trailer at the cinema. It just concerns me that whatever watered-down trailer gets released will make some people think this is just another wolverine origins type of ****fest.
All this to say, I hope Fox handles the public marketing of this film well, and doesn't half ass it. They seem to have done well on the film. Now, they just need to properly sell it to audiences.
