Bryan Cranston would like a word.
Prado was the main antagonist. Skinner was just secondary and a tool. Cool MO but still he was weak. I agree that the relationship dynamics in season 3 were great. Miguel wasn't a bad character. Honestly, he's one of this show's better antagonists. The whole point of that season was daddy issues though. Every season's antagonists are meant to show a different side of Dexter and season 3 was all about him wanting to break away from Harry and the code. I'm excited for you though man, season 4 is magnificent.
He seemed somewhat of a credible threat once he sat Dex up with The Skinner. He totally caught Dexter off guard there he was just ya know, dead by the time Skinner grabbed Dexter lol
Not only that but Trinity was a totally emotionally stunted person. As they developed him more and more showing more of his erratic behavior it becomes quite obvious that he isn't too cunning. Actually, Trinity's spree went on so long really just on pure dumb luck. It's actually quite a stretch how Lundy got on his trail. Just based solely on the seemingly different pathologies between kills. Of course he went on for over 30 years doing things how he did. And, it wasn't because he was smart or cunning it was basically just because he was such a disturbed person.
The spoiler tags are much appreciated.
Just got to the reveal of. That sick mutha f***ah.Trinity having a family
Curse this breaking bad break and Hank's 10 month long crap of doom.
Yeah the wait is getting unbearable. Haha.
And yeah Dexter's definitely become an addiction. I hope the seasons that pale in comparison to Season 4 don't let me down too much. This season really is quite good and the strong "antagonist" along with the juggling family life theme are the keys to that methinks.
season 7 does one amazing thing... brings a series from 'completely lost its flare' to 'and here.... we.....GO'
Is this thread just me talking to myself now?
Just finished Season 4. As sorta bland aswas as a character they did NOT deserve to go like that. I admittedly teared up a bit.Rita
To quote M. Night Syamalan... WHAT A TWEEST!!!
Damn son. That season was amazing.
