Nope. But Oliver and Felicity never seemed like they were in love. Or Caitlin and Barry. Doesn't stop the 15 year old female CW audience trying to make it so though.

To be honest, if i were to 'ship' anything in Arrow it would be Nyssa and Laurel because they have the most genuine sweetest relationship out of the whole thing and there's natural chemistry there which Oliver doesn't have with any of the actresses.

+1 wich is a shame that any female that is paired with Oliver ends up being badly written (Laurel, Huntress, Felicity....)

Eh, Helena was written fine. Its just that her characterization is "crazy psychopath".

I've always taken Huntress as a psychopath like a Batman who has crossed that line.

Not in the way that the show depicts. Comic book Huntress is more violent/ruthless than Batman (hence why their relationship is complicated) and she is willing to kill. However, she doesn't do it all the time and other heroes have no problem working with her (she, Black Canary, and Oracle were essentially the "big three" on the BOP for a long time). And she certainly doesn't murder tons of people, including cops, and threaten to kill innocent people all for petty revenge in the comics.

Basically, the show screwed her up. The problem is that they wanted to do a "dark" alternative to Oliver, someone who was headed down the "wrong path." However, this was Season 1 Oliver, who was killing people left and right with little to no hesitation. So it's hard to paint that guy as the "reasonable" one unless you turn the other character in an almost cartoonish nutjob.

correct but it's too late too.

Maybe if the writers played video game played dishonored they's know there were alternatives for Oliver since he was in the spy world. but some how alot of the concept's the spy world plays & have put out i the media with thsoe went over their(these writers at least) heads like other interrogation techniques besides ( they even showed Jack Bauer & Bristo "victor garber character" prior him explored / used ) Torture & those characters only went hard core only when they needed to.

But some how people only remember or want to remember is when they have some buddy they are interrogating in a vice grip when they used it.

they forget about that time jack Bauer used a fake video to trick some one to get info & when the do get it right like the other alternatives like trickery they give to Laural but it's still used in a way she's not allowed to use it with her lawyer day job.


Oh well. ... this is what happens when your overly obsessed with controversy wanting strain all the time.

LOL when she was using the ketchup that scene as Ruby was the first thing in my mind. She said that was her first scene in Supernatural and they made a prank with her, they let the ketchup bottle kind of open so when she was using it it splashed all over her outfit....

lol she was some version of a girl Dean could have grown up with she had the same slang and habits as him down.

she said B'atch & everything like him in the same way no matter the actress . yeah she was a demon but that's what it looked like if you watched her mannerisum looked at dean's habits.

1. I can understand if getting cut by the mugger was a result of her underestimating her opponent, but she was shown still having a little difficulty in taking him on until Nyssa arrived.

And now she can suddenly go toe to toe against several league members when and Sara said that the League were trained in ways that could make the special forces look like chumps.

I think the fact of the matter is, they haven't been consistent with Laurel's abilities since she became Black Canary. She's only as good as the situation requires her to be.

Heck, her Canary Cry wasn't anywhere as strong as Sara's device, device Cisco saying that it was stronger than her previous device.

The producers really need to work better on this.


2. It seems like the Producers are even following Nolan's methods of having their fighting extras do random/poorly executed moves as well.lol
