Well, **** me this is the first horror trailer in a very long time where I can safetly say this looks ****ing good!

What an excellent trailer. Probably the best horor trailer I've seen in a long time, if not ever.

Looks great. The original scared the hell out of me as a kid. It still gives me the creeps today.

Holy Crap the end of that trailer made me jump.

I might rent the Orginal is it any good?

There's an original , that figures ,lol. I'm hoping the movie lives up to the trailer.

Looks good. Finally, this may be the first Katie Holmes movie I'll be interested in watching.

This is shaping up to be great old-school chiller.

You didn't like Wonder Boys, Pieces of April, Go, The Gift or Batman Begins?

That is one of the single most amazing teaser posters I've ever seen!

I'm not a fan of most horror, of the new stuff they put out I don't like much of it but this looks really good. And I like Del Toro, nice to see he is producing and writing. I was expecting a scare at the end of the trailer but I still jumped out of my chair and yelped when I saw it!

****, I thought this was going to be an adaptation of the old Nick show, up until I remembered it was called something else.

You mean "Are You Afraid of the Dark?". I understand. It's easy to confuse the two titles, since they're virtually almost the same title.

There's not enough movies with trolls/imps. Thank you, "Don't Be Afraid of the Dark".

and I love the last part of the teasser. creeeey

Very creepy trailer.

Didn't care for her in WB, never saw those other films, & I found her kinda annoying in BB especially when she said, "Yeah, you better run!"

Maybe I'll see her in The Romantics, but yeah, don't care much for her. :o

I didn't like the trailer. Movie itself looks great, though. Can't wait.

I'm in the minority in thinking that she was great in Batman Begins...she played an inexperienced woman who was in over her head with people far more talented than her, so she tried to over compensate by acting tough...which is exactly the situation Holmes was in herself...and it shows in her performance...which means she nailed the character.

And her breasts were great in The Gift.

So they say. GDT himself said it was the movie that " ****ed up" his childhood and him :woot:

Haven't seen it myself yet, but plan to do so as Warner recently (well last November...) released it on DVD.

Great trailer! The beginning part in theaters...especially if there aren't many people could be extremely frightening. And the part under the blanket, my God.

Could this be the first scary horror film in a long time?! I hope so.

Agreed.

And yeah, she's got a great rack.

Wow now I have got to see the original!!!

I bet it's no longer scary lol

I don't mind remakes like this, when the original source is kinda obscure.is the original even on DVD?

is the original worth watching?.... or is it one of those old horror movies which is no longer scary but cheesy like nightmare on elm street?
