What else did he say? Can you tell us? Someone else said they went but gave minimal detail.
Sure….there wasn’t that much Season Two talk, to be honest. Not in terms of spoilers, anyway. (It was more general talk about writing process, showrunner process, etc)
The big thing I remember is that three characters die. Episode five opens without much dialogue (just a voiceover) and a sequence of other characters reacting to the news. This is very curious to me in that this isn’t exactly a tight knit ensemble. There are plenty of characters who can die, but their death wouldn’t really make an impact on multiple other characters. But anyway. Bryan Fuller said that one of the character deaths made him cry, in terms of both the character and the actor and the story, etc. I think he referenced this in regard to the episode five death.
I really don’t remember much else of interest about the show itself. He mentioned a conversation Will and Gideon have at some point about how Will’s being affected by everything, and he said the scene was very informational, but then he started thinking about skin grafts and ended up using that as a metaphor in some way.
There’s a killer early on who kills people based on their skin color…more in regards to aesthetic rather than race.
Can’t think of anything else that stuck out to me…
