For me, I think the three big companies kind of evened out. Both MS and Sony had good showing, but both conferences were like 85+% third party showings. Outside a few of key games, basically everything major was from a third party developer. To me, Nintendo had a very strong showing for both the Wii U and 3DS, better than I expected, but that's offset by the fact that the third party showing they had were barren and more or less everything they had was first party developed or published by them.
But for me personally, I guess Nintendo and Microsoft were the two man show. Bayonetta 2 will be my most played game by far from this year and of course Smash at the year's end, and MS sold me on a Xbox One with getting a Platinum exclusive and bringing back Phantom Dust. Outside UC4, there was nothing at the Sony conference that made me think "I need to get a PS4", and I'm going to stick with one next gen console most likely this go around. About all they had was the PlayStation TV, but I'm still not sure on it.
