Why not?
Why not?
Some pretty shoddy textures.
We talked about trying to support post-game play, but because the changes that can happen at the end of the game are pretty major, this is what it basically came down to: either have the changes feel really major in the end slides and then have them not be very major after the end of the game, or make them really minor and not that impactful.
Fallout: New Vegas won't let you play after the credits.
Considering how enthusiastic they were about DLC support for New Vegas in another interview, this seems pretty fishy. I can't decide which outcome is more egregious, that they're deliberately planning to charge people to play after the credits, or that they're so incompetent they haven't learned from Mass Effect and Fallout 3 how utterly stupid it is to make people start a new game to play your additional content. Either way, Obsidian has painted themselves into a corner.
