The Dark Knight Famous Joker Lines/Quotes in The Dark Knight

" this guy goes into the hospital , okay ? ... his wife's just had a baby and he can't wait to see them both . so he meets the doctor and he says , ' oh , doc , i've been so worried . how are they ? ' .

and the doctor smiles and says , ' they're fine . just fine . your wife's delivered a healthy baby and they're both in tip - top form . you're one lucky guy ' . so the guy rushes into the maternity ward with his flowers . but it's EMPTY . his wife's bed is EMPTY .

' doc ? ' , he says and turns around and the doctor and all the nurses wave their arms and scream in his face ......

' APRIL FOOL !! YOUR WIFE'S DEAD AND THE BABY'S A SPASTIC !!!!! ' "

"They could put me in a helicopter and fly me up into the air and line up the bodies head to toe on the ground in delightful geometric patterns like an endless June Taylor dancers routine—and it would never be enough. No, I don’t keep count. But you do. And I love you for it."

"Quick question. When the clock strikes twelve, do I get a little kiss?"

"Loosen up, tight ass!"

I would like variations on these, it would be scrumdiddliumptious.

"In my dream, the world had suffered a terrible disaster. A black haze shut out the sun, and the darkness was alive with the moans and screams of wounded people. Suddenly, a small light glowed. A candle flickered into life, symbol of hope for millions. A single tiny candle, shining in the ugly dark. I laughed and blew it out."

I would mark out like a six year old if they used this line. In the interrogation scene or something...

One simple line I do hope Joker says in TDK. Its one that he has used in all the mediums, the cartoons, the comics, and Burton's incarnation. When the Joker interupts the radio or TV all I want him to say at first is his famous lines....

"Joker here...."

Thats the only one I'm truly hoping for.

what's that quote from?

"Summer sweet is coming in...LET THE FEAST OF FOOLS BEGIN!"

I love this line. Plus, his little rant in The Joker "page" of Arkham Asylum.

damn , i forgot about that quote . that would be perfect .

I think it is up there with the Killing Joke. Definitely check out the hardcover when it's released in January.

I know I will; stupid hard-to-find book. But so far, Killing Joke is the best.:woot:

P.S. Best Joker line of them all:

"One By One They'll Hear My Call, Then This Wicked Town Will Follow My Fall!" --Man Who Laughs (written in Arkham Asylum on a prison wall)

THIS! RIGHT HERE! This should show up right in the beginning of the film, during a newscast of one of Dent's speeches, it goes static-y, then it shows this scene.

I can see that, and somewhere in the speech he can slip in the lines "One By One They'll Hear My Call, Then This Wicked Town Will Follow My Fall!" and "Starting tonight people will die, I'm a man of my word.*then starts laughing and in the city a few buildings blow up. And even though the broadcast is off and over all the the people screaming people near the flamming buildings, you can still hear his laughter echo through Gotham.*

(Not to savy eh.:woot:)

Hahahaha, my mom says that.

It's from the BTAS episode 'Joker's millions'. He says it when he's hiring a new Harley Quinn. "Well, drown the kids and shoot the neighbours. We have a winner".

Although I am strongly against Joker discovering Batman's true identity in TDK, in the event he does there could be no better response from Joker than this ........

From Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker

"It's true, Batsy! I know everything. And kinda like the kid who peeks at his Christmas presents, I must admit, it's sadly anti-climactic ...
Behind all the sturm and bat-o-rangs, you're just a little boy in a playsuit, crying for mommy and daddy. It'd be funny if it weren't so pathetic. [pause] Oh, what the heck, I'll laugh anyway. HA HA HA HA HA HAA!

likely already suggested, but I could see in the interogation scene the line from Hush.

When Batman is pounding him, Joker pleads for him to "Stop" several times then Batman finally does stop and Joker's response" Stop me if you heard this one..."
