Does the film explain why they thought Letty was dead in FF 4?

It feels kind of silly when they flashback to the fourth movie to show you what happened but yea its there.

I Didn't liked the movie a lot, but I certainly recognise that the metro station figth between Gina and Michelle is one of the most beautiful things to ever grace a cinema screen.

Spain has one of the largest runways in the world.

Not too mention you have to look at the whole scene as all happening at once

Did anyone pick up that Fast and the Furious: Showdown game? It looks pretty bad, but it has the safe stealing heist from Fast 5, so I might rent it. :o

I read some reviews on it. Not good...not good

Saw it. Loved it. Though overall I feel Fast Five was a more rounded out film.

Loved the final sequence with the plane and now with that final scene, I actually feel obligated to check out Tokyo Drift…up until now, its the one film I ignored as it had no real connection to the current films.

And now it does.

Tokyo was a great location . Also you have a fish out of water story , Han is a great character ( he's more Obi-Han in this story), and draft racing is intriguing. I like it more than most of the other sequels.

I give Fast Six 8/10 . It did seem like a step down in some areas, but the action scenes were amazing and I've always enjoyed the "evil duplicate" plot. I don't how you could top this , but [BLACKOUT]Statham[/BLACKOUT] will be one hell of a villain. I just wish they weren't rushing the production. Also I would prefer them to end on Fast Seven with most of these characters.

this series started out as a underground street racing franchise now its a heist film series.i feel like im just watching the Italian job over and over again.i don't get the appeal and all the money its making.

How did the guy from the Raid die? I don't remember his death at all. There were a few people thrown off the plane, but I can't remember if he was one of them or not.

They were always heist movies. The racing plays a very small part.

Glad you wrote that. I always looked at the street racing as our way of being introduced to the world of these characters. I mean Brian wasn't undercover because of their street racing in the first one. He was undercover because they robbed road trucks that had dvd players. Then Brian and Roman took down a drug lord in number 2. Then more drug lords in 4 and 5, before finally this militarized team of drivers in six. The only one that to me was absolutely fixated on racing was 3, but didn't that even have yakuza or something like it.

1. Fast 6 is isn't a heist movie. Well not for the protagonists anyways.

2. I've never seen even a marvel film generate sort of post credit scene reaction.

I love Fast 6 and have already been to see it twice. I gotta say after the second viewing I still feel that 6 is better than 5. When I went to see it today a bunch of people gasped when Gina Carano left with Shaw. By the way after seeing FF6 twice Gina Carano is even hotter to me now.
I never expected them to tie all of the movies together like they did. At least now we know where TD fit in the time line.
I actually need to rewatch TD I have only seen it twice that I can think of.

And I actually stumbled across
the Jason Statham cameo
before the movie came out, but I still thought it was awesome.
I didn't expect him to be the guy who kills Han either.

Dom's Chargers are far and away my favorite cars in the movies. Not sure if this is a spoiler but I'm tagging it just in case.
But I can't wait to see if Dom has the Hammer(1970 Plymouth: Road Runner) in Fast 7 like he does at the end of TD.

The Fast and The Furious was almost a remake of Point Break. The series has evolved for the better though. It's like a hybrid of all the classic heist and caper films. Also most of the action involves car chases so it's not like they abandoned street racing completely.

Well...
I remember Gisele shot him while she fell to her death. After that I think he got sucked or kicked into the propeller.

Did anyone elses showing play two Pacific Rim trailers ? My showed the teaser as the first trailer. Then for the final trailer the lastest theatrical one

Was the Asian guy the one from the Raid?

He and black guy in knit cap got flipped over in their car. White dude was the one who Han threw into the jet engine.

If you think about it, if it weren't for 2 Fast and Tokyo Drift, we wouldn't even have 5 & 6. I believe way back there were two scripts for the first sequel, one with Vin, and one without. Luckily, they couldn't agree on Vin's paycheck, so he and Rob Cohen bowed out and we got 2 Fast instead. THat gave us Roman and Tej. And of course, if 2 Fast wasn't considered a disappointment, we wouldn't have gone a different direction with TD, and gotten Han.

Funny how things work out. If we had gotten the first sequel with Vin, the franchise probably would be dead by now.

Saw it and I thought it was awesome loved the gina and michelle throwdowns..they were brutal.

The tank/freeway sequence was sweet

The ending whoa...didnt see that phonecall coming

LONGEST RUNWAY IN THE HISTORY OF THE WORLD:)

fantastic summer movie. america f... yeah.but in NO way close enough to Fast 5. F5 was a blockbuster masterpiece.

Rock didnt have enough to do. one of the main reason why F5 was liked so much was because of him. he was a sweating machine. a terminator with a shaved head.

simple question. so what was the point of the prison scenes?

To explain in detail what happened to Letty

he was put in prison in the US. you know how much time and money was spend for this? more then this f... exposition deserves.

Yeah agreed, they could have done it differently and probably better. I enjoyed the scene because for some reason someone told Walker hey man its time to act. I was very surprised by how much I enjoyed his performance in this movie

I don't even have a real review. It was nonsense, pure nonsense...but it beyond awesome. My face practically exploded with joyful badass hulking bi-racial rainbows. It's like sexual chocolate in movie form and I don't even know what that means! If you look up the word badass fun in the Dictionary Fast 6 is the meaning.

I cannot wait for the sequel!
:bow::bow:
but not enough Johnson in Fast 6. and he was not sweating. :csad:

i watched some videos on youtube from Luke Evanks. the guy looks like Jason Staham's brother in real life. in the movie he had the same intensity like Staham. both are badasses. i would pay a million to see both of them in a movie together.
