The whole trailer I kept going “Oh this is going to be the most ridiculous/unbelievable stunt in this movie.” “No wait this one.” “No this one...” “No wait...” Until literally a giant ass plane caught a car mid-air and carried it away. I thought oh for sure this is it. But then Dom ****ing Tarzan-ed his car across a mother****ing ravine

Like Justin honey, space is literally all that your leaving for the next one .

This trailer was amazing. Not amazing as in "this will be a great movie" but amazing in a way where it feels like a spoof but it's 100% genuine. I was thinking to myself, "Whats the dumbest thing they could do with John Cena in this movie?... He's Vin Diesel's BROTHER!" and then BAM like 5 seconds later that's revealed. Just watching scenes like the rocket car and the cars stunting off the cliff I was just thinking "This franchise started with a criminal gang stealing DVD players from trucks".

I just find it hilarious we're 9 movies in now and it keeps getting dumber and louder but in kind of a fun way. Would not be surprised in the 10th movie if there's some plot to drive cars on the moon or a circuit around the sun. What makes it gold for me is just how serious Vin Diesel comes off as. "Its about family"

It would be way better if they have John Cena as Dom's cryogenically frozen father who has a son that Dom doesn't know about. Of course, the other Toretto would be played by Jean-Claude Van Damme

My idea of bringing back Gisele is cloning her/or some facial surgery that she infiltrates The Fast Saga's family and they would later find out its Cipher or Cipher sister.

Han is okay. But Gal Gadot returning would be insane and would guarantee bigger box office numbers.

Seriously, I’m for it. They should bring Gal back as an evil, sword and shield wielding cyborg who doesnt remember who she is and Han has to try to bring her soul back. We can get an epic dramatic scene in the climax where Han says, “don’t you see, Gisele?! We’re the sameeee! I died too! I love you! Come back to me!”

Then once she regains her cognizance, the whole entire team fights Darkseid in the 3rd act. Good way to end the series imo.

Just finally saw the trailer and wow. I love over the top action movies but the franchise keeps pushing a little extra.

So I guess Jason Statham didn't finish the job properly with Han!? Probably didn't shoot him in a vital part of the body for some reason and Ham faked him death for a while

The rocket car scene is filmed in the same location as the resistance base from Star Wars The Force Awakens (ex -RAF base Greenham Common)

Question for y’all. When did you hop onboard this series? Has anyone stuck with this thing since the beginning in 2001? Did some of you join late?

I've been down since day one.

The first movie was some hollywood producer/screenwriter reading an article about street racing/car subculture and saying let's make a movie about that (and rip off Point Break).

I've been with the franchise since the first movie came out on dvd. Luckily for me, I enjoy both styles of the first two and Tokyo Drift then the rest. Sometimes I miss the simplicity of the early ones and sometimes I prefer the wild heists.

I never minded the Point Break similarity. Knock offs don't bother me if done well

He was the villain in Bumblebee and kinda a baddie in Daddy's Home 2 and Sisters.
