Fast and the Furious 9: The Fast Saga

I think the deal is for 10 to be the last.

But let’s be real, these will go on forever until they stop making money.

A 10th film is already confirmed? Is there an end goal? Really should have ended after the 4th film at 7 at most after Brian's ending

Yeah the 10th film is coming out next April. So F9 will probably have some sort of cliffhanger and be the first part of a 2 part story.

He caught a car. There’s ridiculous and then there’s insulting.
This may break the Cinemasins counter (again) when they release their video. Can't wait for that one.

Statham character probably made Han go into some sort of witness protection thing. They've now made the Statham character a ''hero'' type, wouldn't even be surprised if Statham filmed some kind of brief scene for this either, probably be used in a flashback. Gadot shot a similar scene when the Michelle Rodriguez was allegedly dead, but that scene was cut.

we never saw Han get explicitly killed.

Korey from Double Toasted posted a trailer reaction and he suggests that Universal should stop beating around the bush and do a crossover between Fast and the Furious and Jurassic World. It would honestly be less ridiculous than what we saw in this trailer.

Even if Vin wants to bet on his Bloodshot and XXX money, I think quite a few of the cast would prefer to stick with the franchise. (Looking at you Tyrese...)

Just have one of them cars fly over another mountain and we see that raptor gator from JW reach up and try to eat it, while we see The Rock and Emily Blunt pass by on their jungle cruise.

I also highly recommend the HDTGM episodes of these flicks. They've done from Fast Five till now.

So because people actually liked Shaw as a protagonist and the Justice for Han nonsense came about, they couldn't stay with their decision to keep Han away and decided to bring him back?

They better have a crazy good explanation for it - because it makes Tokyo Drift's scene absolutely pointless and also cheapens FF7 - if Han is alive, what was the point of the crew going after Shaw in that film?!

Wait for them to bring Gisele back and make FF6's ending pointless too :o

Eh, my pov with these flicks are just to have fun and enjoy the ride. I'm actually disappointed we haven't seen all them in their cars coming together and transforming into some giant Robocar.

Rewatched the trailer and I want to like it because i love the franchise but don't know what I have more mixed feelings on. The extreme over the top action or the soap operaness with Dom and Mia having a bad long lost white brother and Han somehow being alive and well . It's all just too much.

Not only has the franchise jumped the shark but they just screwed the pooch in mid air as they jump a whale! I'm still interested enough to check it out but probably by digital rental or if added to a streaming service

You know what guys, a year ago I myself was b***ing about Hobbs and Shaw even being made because i hated the concept of Statham being a good guy. He was such an awesome ruthless villain in F7 and I felt Hobbs and Shaw would ruin it. But then Hobbs and Shaw ended up being a crazy fun time and i realized you just gotta say f*** it and sit back and enjoy these crazy ass movies. They dont take themselves seriously and they know theyre ridiculous and wear it on their sleeves.

I thought Cena was going to be another agent like Hobbs but tasked to bring the crew down them instead of asking for their help with missions. They probably went the brother route because of course family and he'll likely turn good and join the crew in the next one

Producers: Guys what if... Spider-Man was a car...

:funny: Speaking of Spider-Man, that car flip "catch" reminds me of a scene from one of the Spidey movies.

Vin Diesel: Man I do love that truck flip scene in TDK...

I wonder what is actually causing it to flip in the movie, and there's the new Supra done in the same colour scheme as Brian's from the first movie.
