Can't wait until this movie comes out tomorrow

In less than 2 hours I will be seeing this in imax, I've warned my wife I might cry at Brian's last scene. I'm seriously marvel movie level stoaked for this!

To be fair, Dom doesn't beat Shaw by himself. He got help from... an explosive friend.
But
Shaw is already struggling and can barely stand up even before the explosion. I understand that Dom has to beat Shaw, but the fight should be way more tougher with Shaw has the upper hand.

I can see the Rock winning, because it's the ****ing Rock....training or not you're more or less punching and kicking a brick wall. Dom I figure is more of a pragmatist and fights kinda dirty.
SAS training doesnt add mass to Shaw. Both Dom and The Rock outclass Shaw in weight and mass. Two things that can change the outcome of a fight. And SAS are no doubt very dangerous and capable soldiers but they arent supermen or GI Joe. They are special forces. And like the US Navy Seals they are trained to endure a lot, but they arent trained to be hand to hand combat gods. Most of their (SAS) training involves long marches cross country and deprevation and how to push themselves and their bodies beyond the breaking point without actually breaking. So Shaw's training means he would be incredibly tough or tougher than most people but his training did not impart supernatural strength or godlike combat skills upon him.
I understand that. But I don't think it is a very good idea to have the main villain beaten by a side character in the first 30 mins of the film, especially after just setting up Shaw to be the biggest badass in the first scene. It just makes him less of a threat.

Not having seen the film, the mass Diesel has on Statham would actually slow him down more than anything and The Rock would just about MDK both of them.

Any crowd reports? Audience reactions and trailers shown before the film?

Out of courtesy spoiler tags should be used in here at least for the first 2 or 3 weeks. That should give most of us in here a chance to seet it.

I will be watching it tomorrow evening. Alreay got my ticket for the BigD 80' screen.:awesome:

Well, the summer movie season kicked off with a bang! I loved this movie. If they end it here, then that's fine. Perfect ending, very touching. 9/10.

Not sure if there's a post credit. I left as soon as the movie ended. Debated staying, but had to go. :)

Just got back, loved every minute of it and had the most fun in a theater that I can recall. I'm very fulfilled and content with everything in the movie. And sure, there are a few groaners here and there, but with what the series has become, I'm plenty okay with that.

Almost didn't want it to end.

All's I wanna know is....the chick that starts out the race at the beginning with the checkered flag. Who is she and how can I see more of her? The ass....my lord.

Just came back from a 7pm screening in my area. What can I say: it was as over-the-top as the Justin Lin movies, but it had the style and the stamp of a James Wan movie. It was awesome. Was slightly disappointed with the Sean scene in Tokyo but that was just a nitpick.

Yup, that's herAnd good God almighty, I remember her from this other music video that is so unbelievably offensive to Asian people called Asian Girlz by Day Above Ground. So awful. Not gonna link it but watch it for her because she's pretty sexy in it and all that but everything else is unbearable.

The first picture of her on Google is her drinking water from a garden hose. Fair enough. :o

Was there a post credit stinger?

No, thank God.

Haven't been a fan of this franchise, and Walker's death casting a pallor over the production aside -- Furious 7 isn't any better or worse than the previous films. It's still mindless action and the same tone-deaf lines.

I can't bring myself to hate this movie though. One, the Rock brings energy and humor in every scene he's in (especially in the big climax). And Brian's final scene is very poignant... hell, even I was getting a little choked up. Fans of the franchise will be pleased with how they handled this.

Please tell me about the scene with Sean!!

That was magnificent. Great send off for Paul...

This probably had the tightest comedy of the franchise and the mountain chase might be the best car chase ever in history. Hobbs was brought back to his 5 glory, felt they slightly failed his character in 6.

New rankings;

TF&TF (It stated everything, created this 'family')
Furious 7 (best action/comedy yet)
Fast 5 (started the Justice League style)
Furious 6 (awesome)
Tokyo Drift (changed it up for the better, but weak cast)
F&F (solid)
2F&2F (alright, but boring)

I don't think this should surprise anybody but Guardians of the Galaxy Director James Gunn said on Twitter that he was at the premiere of Fast 7.

Its amazing how time flies, I was 25 when the first one came out and of course being young I loved the first two FF movies because of the fast cars and before the heavy use of CGI stunts but then each intallment got ridiculous and stupider that I'm going to sit this one out for a couple of days till the hype drops off.

It's crazy but amazing where this franchise has gone since that goofy summer of 2001...

What was everyone's favorite call back?

I'd either say the
Hector
cameo, or the
'Tuna' sandwiches
joke...
