Apocalypse Fox officially reveals the running time for this movie

143 without credits would be great.

Thats what Im hoping for but it is not the reality.

Another friend of Bryan said that he watched 2 hours and 12 minutes of movie, if this new guy is right about the 2 hours and 23 minutes, that would mean 11 minutes of credits which looks to be real enough.

End credits are about seven minutes I've noticed.

Yeah, we'll get some stinger at the end credits. Don't know where they're going after this.

Singer has been communicating with Jim Mangold, hence the Wolverine cameo in the film being a bit more than a cameo and probably a way to setup Wolverine 3 so it doesn't have to dwell upon Weapon X. So it might be for that.

They might not know either. Suspect the stinger might not be for a main X-Men movie.

I believe it will be something leading to the Dark Phoenix Saga if they decide to do one more movie or a new trilogy.

Some of the actors have more than just this movie on their contract.

But Wolverine 3 only started production yesterday.

Those contracts don't mean jack squat. Fan Bingbing has a multi-film, and I doubt (unfortunately) we will see her character ever again. (Which sucks for Omar Sy's Bishop smh)

Would be cool, but I think it's too early for that personally. Plus Singer will most likely skip the next one and come back later and I want him to be able to do his version of Phoenix.

For five movies total yes. :woot: The original Toad and Sabretooth also had 2 picture deals I believe.

.Apparently. @bryanjaysinger is throwing an #XMenApocalypse fan screening in London on May 9th. Everyone should go, because it RUUUUUULES!

I have indeed. All two hours and twelve minutes of mutant deliciousness.

Um, I'd say it was a result of editorial. Simple process of making a film.

Apocalypse was kind of the end all be all regarding adversaries, I would honestly space would be the only thing they could do to top it. Phoenix, Starjammers, the Shi'Ar, the Brood, whatever.

I hope for Singer to do the Phoenix Saga this time.

I think 2h12m is without credit and 2h23m is with credits.

To do a proper Phoenix Saga they need Rogue and Gambit in it.

I think he will, but he doesn't want to start on a new X-Men movie right away. So either we get another movie with this cast and a different director or no movie with this cast at all until Bryan comes back.

Everybody is already doing space though. It would just feel like X-Men is late to the game. Some space elements, sure, but nothing too bigimho.

I think that Bryan might be playing with fire if he abandon X-Men again. The next Director might do the Phoenix story and once again he will lose his chance of doing it.

He should just get off his pedestal and stick with what he is got at and do another x-men movie. Nobody liked his Superman movie or Giant the slayer or something don't even remember the name.

One thing that I like about the MCU is that they know what's next. The XCU looks like they don't know what's next.

Sure the XCU have next year Wolverine 3 and in 2018 Deadpool 2, but what about the next X-Men movie? They should know by now.

Curious, because they weren't all that necessary originally, not being X-men in the comics at that time.

And Singer is not abandoning the franchise. He may not be directing, but I believe that Fox is going to keep him as an active producer.

If this movie is indeed as good as the time of the embargo lift makes it seem to be it would be foolish by FOX not to keep Singer at least as a producer. He has been involved with every good x-men film to date.

Dark Phoenix Saga had Beast, Storm, Nightcrawler, Cyclops, Colossus and Wolverine as X-Men. Movie verse will have 4 out of those 6.

And it also introduced Kitty, but she wasn't an X-Man right away.

frosty from Collider says 143 minutes

Neither does the managing editor at Fandango, but I mean
