I feel this sequel is perfect, it handles the legacy so much respect... it changes it up, in a proper reboot way, but not done for laughs or for looks....

Meh too early to say how good this movie is or isn’t. We haven’t gotten a proper trailer. Sure it’s nice that has a reverential tone but I want a good comedy not something that just relies on nostalgia.

Leslie Jones was at the white hot centre of that entire s**t-show. I don't think it's a matter of her not understanding. Of course her experience in the franchise has galvanized her views. None of the cast involved deserved the backlash they received, and it's a safe assumption that Jones got the most of it. I don't think any of us could possibly understand the situation she was facing.

I'm really, really excited for Afterlife, but I'm also taking the Ivan Reitman comments with a grain of salt. His son directed it, it's continuing his legacy...of course it has to be very emotional for him.

I feel pretty confident this movie doesn't suck, though.
