Glee Episode V: The Sylvester Strikes Back - - - - Part 13

Thinking about Blaines proposal again made me think of poorly they have treated Vocal Adrenaline. Warblers have faces we recognize because they don't keep switching out the characters. VA gets a complete revamp every year so all we see are some random dancers.

And since when are New Directions and Vocal Adrenaline cool with each other?

Probably since the Warblers are suddenly cool with New Directions again after ND got them disqualified and went on in their place.

lol oh you guys and your attempts to apply logic to how this show is written...

Now why would you cut a scene with 4 originals?

So they cut an actual scene with Amber Riley to leave her with nothing but being a background extra at Klaine's engagement. smh.

This show treats its cast with no respect except maybe Lea/Chris/Darren, and IIRC, Murphy kind of threw Lea and Chris under the bus and blamed them for the spin-off not happening.

In other news, Matthew Morrison let slip in an interview that Rachel's Funny Girl storyline will involve a new love interest.

Not waiting long with that one, are they?

They said that Rachel wouldn't be getting a new love interest this season. Go figure.

The writers don't know what to do without love interests. Preferably love triangles.

Considering Penny was originally going to be Finn's new girlfriend, it's likely the plans for a new love interest for Rachel changed after Cory Monteith's death and Morrison is just out of the loop.

In other news, they're casting two new characters for episode 5, a "hip tattoo artist" named Louis, who meets Kurt when he goes to get a tattoo; and Robbie, a new jock/bully who torments the kids at McKinley. Louis sounds like a one-scene character, but Robbie appears to be a somewhat recurring character.

Thing like this make me think this show might be better off continuing WITHOUT Ryan Murphy, but that'll never happen.

The spin-off didn't happen because it would've rendered Glee, and the McKinley story, useless.

ESPECIALLY considering that Murphy (and all us Gleeks out there) would've favored the spin-off over the original. If only due to the more familiar characters.

About Vocal Adrenaline, I could kinda' see it. Jesse was their coach the last time they showed up, and he seemed cool with New Directions. Not to mention Unique used to be their lead singer.

This. And considering that the Warblers will always have a soft spot for Blaine, it makes sense that they wouldn't mind doing him that favor.

VA wasn't even nice to unique. There is a reason why he transferred. And I doubt Jesse instilled kindness in VA heart.

Dear God, another one :whatever:

Kurt getting a tattoo is...odd. Wonder what it is.

I could buy the Warblers because of the whole "Blaine-worshiping cult" thing, but Vocal Adrenaline was harder to swallow.

Rachel is singing "To Make You Feel My Love" in Finn's episode.

Blaine's name, with a tiny heart over the I.

I don't expect a whole lot of creativity from these writers.

As a general rule, I think getting your SO's name tattooed on your body is a bad idea.

No tattoo has ever been a bad idea.

*looks down at arm*

Starland Vocal Band? They suck!

According to Ryan Murphy, episode 5 is called "The End of Twerk".

I predict good things.

The girl who played Bree has to be one of the worst actresses in the series. Next to Charice.

Then they'll sing "We can't stop" and "Wrecking Ball".

And, as it happened with the JB episode, He'll say that "Miley's VMAs performance is part of Pop culture..."

I don't know who the **** Bree is, and I don't really care enough to try and remember.
