Fine, Gallagher should have played Blaine's dad back in Season 2 when it might have mattered and Blaine still had a scrap of dignity and didn't act like a crazy man-child.

It's really sad to reflect on Season 2 and how much Blaine and Sam have both de-evolved since then. If anything, Sam at times has been even worse.

I cannot believe that Glee's still on TV. I've never a show rise and fall so hard.

That's why FOX should've stepped in after S2/S3 and did a revamp of bts. But RM is a name people recognize and for some reason respect.

As much as the show sucks, I did miss the musical performances. Glad to see it back.

Yeah, they've always been great. I just hated it when the ND from season 4 and 5 would copy the music videos for their performances.

ND's numbers just got really lazy. We're either gonna directly copy the music video, or we're just gonna abandon any pretense of choreography and just all run around the auditorium acting randomly goofy.

Blaine and the Warblers perform "Sing" (Ed Sheeran)

I see they finally graduated out all the old Warblers they were keeping around forever. Also LOL at Blaine's blazer in the glass case like a sacred artifact or something.

I see that Blaine implemented a hair gel rule since they all look like his offspring. But the number wasn't bad.

Since this is the last season and they insist on bringing in newbies, they might as well have given us a full ND instead of the usual 5 members because no one else wants to join.

I'm surprised there are even Blaine + Kurt fans out there still. I'd honestly prefer if Blaine ended up with anyone but Kurt...

I was a Klaine shipper, but for at least the last couple seasons, Kurt has gotten way out of Blaine's league anymore, IMO

They've spent the whole show since Season 2 d evolving Blaine into this needy clingy kind of pitiful man child who Kurt just kind of puts up with.

Back when doing a straight-up remake of a music video wasn't an every episode occurrence for this show. :o

Back when Will wasn't such a creep.

Back when the show was able to get decent guest stars.

For some reason last night, I felt like watching old Glee performances on youtube. This one is probably still my favorite throughout the series:

Ahh the good ol'days when they still had a creative bone in their body.

Probably my favorite performance/song of the series. Always found it weird that the decided to put such emphasis on the 300th number but treated all the other milestones normally.

Like how is this worthy of the big 500?

Lol, post-Glee gay, ok....Warbler Blaine was "post-Glee gay" when he first appeared, Santana is only gay when she is around Brittany, and Spencer will probably be the jock version of Sebastian.

But I am already ready to cringe at Kurt trying to recruit Spencer and be all like "you have me to thank for being able to be out and proud at this school so you owe it to me to join the Glee club"

I'd have to question how much Kurt was even able to open doors/create change at McKinley. It seems like he was treated exactly the same throughout his entire time at that school. Which is to say: the entire student body manically switches back and forth between acceptance and hatred depending on the theme of that week's episode ("Hey, let's vote Kurt for prom queen muahaha!!!... Aww, look at that number between Kurt and his boyfriend!... So that kid Karofsky turned out to be gay and tried to kill himself, but who gives a s*** anyway?") , and the only people who consistently treated him nice-ish were in the glee club.

Well the show constantly expected us to believe New Directions as a whole were underdogs and absolutely despised by everyone for no real reason (who really actively hates...glee club?), except for whenever they did a number at a school assembly or anything and had everybody on their feet and cheering them on, of course.

But yea, "we're in glee, everyone hates us!".

And yea, we never really saw Kurt become popular. I mean, he ran for Senior Class President but lost (although Blaine won later, if that counts for anything toward McKinley accepting gays, but then Blaine was magically completely unmolested by anyone anyway).

Also, within the span of like 5 minutes in Season 2's Prom episode, Kurt supposedly got voted Prom Queen by "an overwhelming number of write-in votes" and it was made out like a large mass of the student body was in on this, but then he cracks a Kate Middleton joke and 2/3 of the spectators applaud and cheer and whistle for like 30 seconds straight.

So which is it??

"Haha, that was hilarious how we made that little fairy run out in tears! But damn, he took it like a champ! GO KURT!!!"

Considering how easy it was for Santana and Quinn to make Rachel prom queen, it's always possible that it was just a small group of students that did that to Kurt.

But knowing this show, probably not.

The show would literally have New Directions sending the entire student body into a "Britney Spears sex riot" as Sue would say, and then 5 minutes before or after expect us to believe they're treated like lepers.
